Ben helped sort out an issue with our booking and was very patient throughout the process.

I am not happy at the moment as l just realised that my ticket is not entitled to luggage allowance. I was asked to take the 23kg with me on.the flight and pit it underneath my seat.
Can Tom Clarke please kindly look into and address the situation as l am very happy at the moment with the situation.relating to my luggage allowance. Mind you my ticket is over £800 only to come up.with issues with the luggage allowance

My experience working with Tom Clark on securing my ticket to Ghana was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Tom demonstrated a level of understanding and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. His knowledge, patience, and unwavering commitment were evident in every step of the process.

In a time when airline tickets have become painfully and increasingly expensive, Tom refused to settle for anything less than the best possible outcome. He searched tirelessly, explored every option, and remained determined to find a fare that made sense for me. His dedication felt personal—like he genuinely cared about my journey, not just the transaction.

Tom’s support meant more than simply booking a ticket. It was the reassurance, the persistence, and the genuine effort he poured into helping me. For that, I am deeply grateful.

I would trust him again without hesitation
