Travel House UK Reviews

Dominic Shaw was amazing!! Really pleased with the service!

Nick Jonas did a marvellous job with the team. Keep the flag flying

Nathan was attentive to the need of matching a previous booking so that I could join the team who had already booked their flights. Very grateful to him for working through that given not all the four flights were showing the same initially. All sorted quickly and satisfactorily. Very pleased with result which removed a lot of stress - thanks Nathan!

I would never book through Travel house ever again. The customer service to begin with was good. The airline then changed flight itenary. Travel house now refusing to cancel ticket though airline is giving an option to cancel. They will not respond to messages or emails. They start telling you charges that were never disclosed before. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WOULD NEVER EVER BOOK no matter how cheap the tickets are. Not worth it. They also charge you Interest to. Pay in installments. These days klana or PayPal does not charge you anytime. They are still owing me over £3000. 00

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Marcus for his excellent service and assistance with my travel arrangements from the UK to South Africa. He has been helpful, professional, patient, and attentive throughout the booking process. He took the time to assist me with the available seating options and ensured that my booking was taken care of. His communication and willingness to help have made the process much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate his dedication and support, and I would gladly recommend Marcus to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful travel agent. Thank you for the excellent service!

I had a very pleasant trip with no issues throughout. The travel arrangements and hotels were smooth, and the drivers were punctual and professional. I really appreciated the honesty shown, including when money was returned without any difficulty. It was, overall, a very enjoyable experience. I would be happy to book again in the near future.

Adam was really helpful on a last minute flight that I needed due to a family emergency - he managed to get me a reasonably priced air ticket and was patient with me as I was distressed over the circumstances of me having to travel quickly.

Great dedication to ensure customer satisfaction, very professional and friendly.

My booking flight wad handled by Luke Walker. He was very friendly and professional. The whole process was made so easy and straightforward. I was presented with alternative ways to pay. I had my flight ticket within no time, making me settled and trust the company. I would recommend to others.

Very patient when booking flights to get the best deal

Transparency in payment is what I liked about Travel House.

I was helped by a great agent called Morgan Smith, he was clear and managed to get my tickets on the days I required and finding the best options. I am pleased that I got the tickets I wanted. I would recommend him to my friends. Good job

Why does it cost so much to change the airport once the flight has already been booked?
