I booked my umrah with travel house in october 2023 for my family. I had the worst experience. Guy name Khashif was dealing all my umrah bookings including hotels and flights. I booked 5 star hotel in Makkah Swiss Al Maqarim for 7 adults. They only provided us 2 rooms both triple single bed even though I paid the travel house for the package for 7 people. I had to pay further payment for 1 more bed again un Makkah this is because travel house failed to provide the confirmation to the hotel. This was also included breakfast. I had the same experience in Medina. I was going to take the travel house to court but this liars dont have base office. Every details they provide is all fake and false so my advise to anyone booking by this theif and liars beware of their scam before you pay anything or book anything by this agency. Alhamdu Lillah for I found the trustpilot link so I could share my experience. In my eyes they will be liars and in the day of judgement Allah will take their account. I had 2 passenger with poor health conditions and this agency has deceived us like that. Please share with everyone make more people aware
