The team were very professional and they went above and beyond in sharing their knowledge of how everything works. Andy, Dan and Sam did a fabulous job installing 3 new radiators and a heated towel rail for us, as well as a thermostat. They were also very respectful of our space and left it all looking neat. Andy from Addheat is outstanding.
He called again, this time to remove a radiator and fit a towel bar. He was so charming and helpful. He even helped tighten some of the other bathroom fittings while he was here.

We use Addheat on a regular basis for our oil boiler and have used them for bathroom plumbing etc. Adam and the team are wonderful, always do a brilliant job when we need them and are friendly and professional. They are quick to come out and turn up when they say they will, plus they never leave any mess. I highly recommend them.

Adam and Dan were absolutely brilliant when we contacted them recently after our old boiler broke down. They were really quick to respond, explained everything as they went along and kept us fully informed. We decided to opt for a new boiler and they were just brilliant in organising and installing that for us. Lovely people too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Engineer came out, spent about 5 minutes looking at our boiler said he would send me a quote, didn't arrive I called and they said they would send it, still didn't arrive. A month later still no quote but I get a phone call and email saying if I don't pay the bill within 48 hours they will add £50 to it!! I never received the bill in the first place. Called them and they sent me the bill for £118.00 and said yes that's our call out fee which needs paying still no quote.
Thank goodness I didn't leave my boiler repair to this company, a month later I would still be with out a working boiler. I always like to support family business its such a shame this one treated me like this. I just will never use them again.

Thank you for your reply, and I “would like to draw your attention to” my review is 100% accurate. The only time you have contacted me was yesterday chasing payment over a month after the engineers visit, it was during this phone call you asked if I still wanted a quote. I had the work done to my boiler 2 weeks ago not the day after. I really don’t think a customer should have to chase twice for a quote and still not receive one.

As for your invoice, the date on it is the 1st March which is 7 days ago not a month ago.

Mark was on time, tidy and finished the boiler installation quickly and without fuss.
Price was very competitive and the staff in the office were very helpful with all queries. Would be happy to use again.

I booked Adheat to service my boiler and under floor heating. The communication was excellent, the engineer was punctual and very knowledgable. All in all great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
