Did done my booking on this app got the cheapest tickets for me and my son thanks to Mr Hayden for helping me

TOTAL SCAM!!! Same/similar to all the 1 star reviews below. Booked a flight for my son & I at very cheap price. I was sent “urgent” email to contact them…was told I had purchased “stand by” flight and in order to confirm flights the price would be over double what I had paid. They charged my card for a different price then was agreed to on their website, I contacted airline directly and found out they only booked me a flight, not my son. I’m assuming that’s why the extra money was needed. They DID book me a flight, but everything else my email, my phone number, etc. wasn’t correct. STAY AWAY!!!

I am soooo upset!!! I went through Jetcost(which came up with airfarewatchdog)which it had me me download their app first. I received a flight itinerary for the round trip tickets with flight #s and total cost for trip was $489. that I purchased with a customer support number(that should have sent of alarms) for 24 hour cancelation. I called the # right away being that I used my father's card and not wanting any surprises at 5 am. No answer, so I sent an email. I received a msg the next day w/in 24 hrs. The tickets were $500, she told me another $790 and that my father's acct would not be refunded . NOWHERE did it say it was a holding fee. I do not know what to do. I have wanting to spend Christmas with my father for 20 years.

Total scam, they charge you to hold a seat so you are not paying the price listed it's a holding fee. Then you have to pay for the flight additional. So 388.00 turns into over 900.00 don't book through this place. It says on their site you can get a refund with in 24 hrs. Not true they will only credit you to that specific airlines. So you still get screwed

If I could give this a ZERO star rating, I would. They are falsely advertising their final airline costs!!! The trick to it all is in VERY tiny script that actually reads "their" policy and even then...you must push a link to view how they actually mis-inform you to the TRUE costs of your purchase.
I agreed to the airline ticket price shown to me on their site. Paid for the airline ticket(s); rec'd a email directly after stating they would need to call me...."that it was urgent". On said phone call they needed me to pay more money in order for the actual purchase of airline tickets to be bought.
SO frustrating- and NO REFUND policy. In the meantime, they charge your CC that was given.
So many tricks. In the end, the airline tickets came out to be MORE than the actual airline's price. are you kidding me?!? I told the rep this as I was pleading for my money back.
Yes, this so called app is a scam in more ways than one! I was told then by this person who called from addontrip...., "If I found cheaper tickets with the airline I booked with(through this app)...I would need to purchase the tickets with the airline and provide this addontrip rep the confirmation number- AND then they would refund me the cost that they charged my cc. I spent a total of two hours on this mess!
I purchased these tickets from on addontrip on Sept 5.....it is Sept 9; still have not refunded me my money. I am patiently waiting, but getting angrier. These kind of APPS should go under, outta business! NO ONE deserves the headache and games they want to put you through.

I am very satisfied for the support, Patrick was amazing. He is very smart and kind person.

SCAM. I paid for fa Tom tickets. After paying they wanted me to pay more money to get the tickets and I when I refused they became waiting list and travel credit.

Very helpful and spent time with me. Gave me more options.

Do not get caught up with their company. This is a rip off to try to make money from consumers.

ADORNTRIP is the worst company ever! A complete SCAM! I booked a trip for my dad’s funeral at one price on August 13, 2023. The disclaimer says, the booking is not confirmed until you receive your tickets. If the price increases, you can cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say cancel with a penalty or cancel and receive a credit. I received an email from “John Brown” as if I believe that was his name, later in the day. He said he tried to call but was unable to reach me. Give them a call about my booking. I called him and he proceeded to tell me it was a stand by ticket. I took screenshots. Now where on any of them does it state, it is a stand by ticket or reservation. Then he asked if I could fly from a different airport. When asked about the time, price, and airline he said I would need to pay an additional $500 plus dollars. In addition, if I cancelled I would be charged, but receive a credit. How can I be charged for a ticket I never received? How can you issue a credit for a ticket never paid for or received? Make it make sense “John Brown”! I told him to cancel the reservation and there definitely better not be a charge on my card for a ticket I don’t have or ever received. Avoid this company at all cost!

Booked some upcoming trips and received an email stating not confirmed and that the card would not be charged until the flight is confirmed and booked. Then later received 2 calls one from a very rude female, and another from a male. The female was talking over me stating that my flight was on standby and in order to confirm it would be $8,000+. Initially, the amount was $1500+ flying to Orlando, FL from Dallas, this increase was clearly ridiculous. I tried explaining I would be canceling and that's when I was told that that's not allowed and I would receive a credit for the amount already paid. I asked what was paid when clearly it said I won't be charged until the flight is confirmed and was told I could get a credit for future travel. I immediately blocked my CC, and requested a new one as this is a fraudulent and unethical way of operating. Steer clear of addontrips. Both agents were rude and demanded a reason why I was canceling and threatened me with still charging my card for the amount I confirmed the initial booking for and then will hold the amount for future travel which clearly I won't be doing ever. Sad and unethical practice.

Co confirmed economy airline tickets round-trip and took payment. Later contacted me to inform me that I had purchased stand by tickets (not legally sold in U.S.). Also charged my credit card AGAIN for alternate airline. FRAUD MILL

Elena Lopez was very helpful and went above & beyond to offer me a discounted fare. She made herself available should I have issues or concerns.

SCAM! SCAM! Beware - After you book your flight you will receive an urgent email to contact them stating you ordered a stand by flight. They say they can not provide the tickets you bought but that they will not refund the money!
Save your time and money purchase flights somewhere else!

Jeff made my experience great I was trying to get airline tickets to take my child to the junior Olympics so that she can have a lifetime experience in walking in the parade and performing at her events. The tickets were very hard to fine and high priced but Jeff was very patient. He was able to get the exact times that I needed at a good price. He noticed a change in my flight and he checked in with me to ensure everything was all right. The morning of early check-in I had difficulties with the check-in and I contacted Jeff and his follow up was so thorough he responded quickly and very efficiently to a sure that all was well and he sent email confirmation to assure me that everything would be OK. He was also patient in giving me step-by-step instructions on how to sign in to the Delta website and Action steps to take to prohibit any future issues Jeff was phenomenal, efficient, thorough, and has the best customer service skills that a company could ever want from an employee. I was very happy to have had Jeff as my travel agent to assist me. 

I have good advisor and representative Elena Lopez who helped me with the questions as concerns about my flight ticket. I speak Spanish and she was very helpful with the language.
