Bought boxing boots for son for Xmas within only few uses the sole started to come away, contacted adidas told to return boots in order for assessment!!! Bought my son a replacement pair (not the cheaper ones btw) and the arrived without a top hole for the laces, unable to fasten them properly!!! Same result have to send back for assessment! Now left with the still faulty boot that we've attempted to repair in order for him to do his boxing class! Last pair of boots we'll ever purchase from Adidas!!!

After over a week of waiting I got an email to say the order was returned to warehouse and I would get a refund. Still no sign of that. I messaged adidas to ask if it's in the warehouse and since it's customized could they resend, they said it was actually stolen. Said to message again the next day to get an update, I did, and was told it wasn't stolen and was now being resent. All lies. I think they are taking orders while they don't have the stock. Do not order from them.
A very Spzl joke
Complete joke. Ordered on confirmed app and sent delivery confirmation for a spzl jacket which was a limited drop. The delivery company An Post completely denied this and said Adidas sent notification that item was on the way but it never made it to ireland. Can’t get the SPZL jacket anywhere as it sold out only on StockX now for 4 times the retail. Refund going to take 2 weeks to come back . Shitidas.
They do not care
I ordered a tracksuit for to go with me on holidays. All confirmed. I tracked and said it was on the way. I got an email that due to technical difficulties it went back to their warehouse and i will be getting my money back but i have to reorder. I spoke to someone on the help chat just said same. And then told me tjat they dont have my size anymore. I could order smthg similar. I rang customer support same only she said i could go bigger and she sent me a link via email with promise for express delivery. But i would have to pay 7 euro for delivery. Link did not have express delivery. So facts my money still not back from first order. No more my size, charge me for express if i order bigger suit. No good will gesture. What a sh.. company. They do not care about their customers. I ordered regularly in the past. I think Nike in the future.
Very bad football boots
I ordered the F50 Elite Artificial Grass Boots in September but my usual size 40 wasn’t available, so I had to order size 7 (40 2/3). From the first use, the laces wouldn’t stay tied, I had to find workarounds just to keep them on during play. The boots also provided very little foot protection and support. During my second time wearing them, I torn my ligaments from my right ankle which has kept me off the pitch for over 6 months now. I haven’t been able to use the boots since. This product is clearly not appropriate for playing football

I purchased football boots for my son, when the order had not arrived on time I contacted customer service twice and in the end was reassured the order will be delivered the next day. The next day I received order stating the item was returned to the warehouse and I'd be refunded the money. I still want the product and the only thing the customer service could do for me was absolutely nothing! Sent me a link to the same boots, that's all I got and I have to order new boots now spend another money while waiting in the refund! I'm so disappointed in the customer service! I've done absolutely nothing wrong and yet I spent so much time on live chat and got absolutely no help at all. A very very disappointed customer
Bad from start to finish
Placed an order on April 15th, confirmation email stated April 22nd as the delivery date. April 22nd came and went , zero order and zero communication. Spoke to a “JenniferH” on webchat who assured me that the order would instead be dispatched on April 23rd and I would have it within 48 hours. Told me I would get a dispatch email straight away. Surprise surprise no dispatch email arrived. Spoke to another agent on web chat who told me that the item I ordered is in fact out of stock, was out of stock when I placed the order initially and I would have to wait a minimum of 2 more weeks before dispatch even happens. Will truly never shop from here again.

Poor. Got an email my order has been delayed. Next day got another email saying they had to cancel party of my order. I needed entire order not part of it. For such a reputable company such a stock and order management deserve no star
I ordered a football kit for my son
I ordered a football kit for my son, but the socks were missing from the package. When I reached out, the only solution offered was to return the entire kit for a full refund and place a new order. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an option for me as the replacement wouldn’t have arrived in time for my son’s birthday. I requested a partial refund to cover just the missing socks, so I could buy them separately and still have the kit ready in time—but this wasn’t allowed. It’s disappointing to see such limited customer support from a global brand. After spending €60 on a kit for a 5-year-old, I didn’t receive the complete order. I won’t be ordering from adidas.ie again.

ADIDAS REFUSING TO GIVE MY REFUND BACK
I made a purchase of a bag and a backpack this month.
When the order arrived, the backpack was very crumpled, and I decided to request a return and refund.
So, I carefully returned the backpack in the plastic it came in and inside the box.
More than a week later, I received an email saying that the backpack was being returned to me, which I found super strange.
I contacted the chat online to find out what was happening, and the agent informed me that during the inspection, a strong smell was detected, and that was why it was being returned to me????
How is that possible, Adidas? I am the person who worries most about smells in life, and I was extremely surprised and frustrated by this situation.
I don't know what happened during transport for you to claim that I returned a product with a bad smell. I am surprised by this action from Adidas.
I have always been a big fan and consumer of the brand, and this has ruined all my satisfaction in buying something from the brand again.
I believe that lately the brand only cares about influencers and has forgotten about the consumers, who are the ones who spend money and keep the brand active.
I will follow my right and I want my refund back.
It is unacceptable to make such an allegation and deny my refund.

It is honestly an absolute joke of a company. I ordered several items and one did not fit, so I tried to return it. The website repeatedly generated “technical issue” messages and told me to try again later. After wasting hours with no resolution, I was forced to contact customer service, which was painfully slow and added even more unnecessary delay.
This is a basic process that should be fully automated. Generating a return label and processing a refund should not require hours of effort or manual intervention. Instead of a straightforward return, I ended up dealing with broken systems and inefficient customer support. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience
Diabolical Customer Support
I have had nothing but hassle with Adidas Ireland customer support. I originally placed an order on 05/09 with a 25% discount. The order went AWOL and when I contacted Adidas they refunded the order but refused to give me the 25% discount again. At one point they argued it was “my choice of courier” that lost the package. Bizarre when considering you don’t get a choice of courier service when you order. After over 2 hours of my life wasted trying to deal with them on two separate phone calls they randomly followed up with an email with 25% discount. At this stage the items had sold out. I was finally able to order them on 22/11, received the order on 05/12 and promptly returned one item on
07/12.
I have still not received my refund. I messaged them on 05/01 and was on the chat for at least 30 mins sending proof of postage and a screenshot of the tracking. Only to be told at the end of the call that they’d look into it and I should have a response up to 48 hours later. It’s now 72 hours and I’ve sent a further two emails with no response.
This hassle started in September 2025 and we are now into January 2026. Adidas customer support is diabolical to put it mildly. I cannot comprehend how they think this is the way to treat customers. It’s a complete fabrication to call it ‘support’.

I bought a pair of trainers for my niece for Christmas and An Post delivered them to the wrong address. Adidas customer support was incredible, they refunded me and also gave me a €10 voucher for my next purchase, even though this was no fault of their own.

Tried to contact on website said something went wrong they dont allow contact anymore, so called customer service to be told warehouse said they will send my hoody , but obviously only said that to get me off phone as no sign.

Customer support is shockingly bad
Customer support is shockingly bad. I was advised that the item was shipped when it was still in progress. I asked for the issue to be escalated and was advised that it would be to see if an exception could be made and was advised I would be notified by email.
No email came through, the chat wouldn't download and I am €300 out of pocket. It's very short sighted on their behalf. I will never ever ever order from them again.

If I could give Adidas (and Sports Direct) less than one star, I WOULD.
Bought a pair of Adidas Terrex Eastrail shoes from Sports Direct in February. Bought two pairs actually, one bright lumo orange and one grey pair. Purchased SPECIFICALLY for in town walking, as I go for a walk once a week with my wife in and around the town we live in. I have been alternating between the two pairs weekly ( one pair this week, the other the next, so on and so forth). The soles on the orange ones began to wear a LOT faster than the grey ones. I contacted Adidas to discuss the issue and was told to go to Sports Direct (which I had, in fact, already done - they told me to contact Adidas, as it seemed like a manufacturer fault). After a long back and forth with the Adidas chat bot and four different human “Customer Care agents” (if you could call them that), I was offered a 30% off discount coupon. Whilst all of this had been going on, I had sent the shoes in to Sports Direct to be assessed by their “expert team” who promptly sent them back, their words being “you wore these shoes out due to normal wear and tear”! Listen, in what reality do you buy a pair of walking shoes - that you only wear every other week, that you don’t get wet, that you don’t walk in mud with - and have them wear out in less than a year????? Let’s not forget that Adidas recently upgraded their Terrex lines with new Continental rubber soles! I am 99.9% sure this was done because they realised that the soles on the Terrex line were wearing out too quickly!
So, I’m out of pocket, with a pair of shoes that look great from the soles up. Given a 30% off coupon to go and spend on ANOTHER pair of Adidas shoes - “Here, take that, now please bugger off”. I have been an Adidas fan since the early nineties, but I will NEVER, EVER purchase another pair of their shoes. I’d love to be able to add photographs to this review, you would see EXACTLY what I’m talking about!
I recommend you avoid Adidas like the plague. As is my recommendation to avoid Sports Direct, as the ONLY reason they rejected the return is due to the fact that THEY would then have to attempt recouping their loss FROM ADIDAS!
Always order here but never again
Always order here but never again. Received half my order and nothing about the other half. No refund , no email back, no answer. Son left without school shoes over you and I haven’t received the money back to buy a new pair.
