Good first experience with AD. Lots of emails for a straightforward refinance with the closing department. Our rep Cari is always helpful.

Overall the underwriting was good. The Closing Process needs work and the Funds need to be wire first thing in the Morning on closing day.

The company has a very bad reputation. If you have ever borrowed money from them, you have a firsthand experience. They trap the borrower into high rates. If you have a hardship to pay, ther will be no assistance. Instead, the AD Mortage managed by Max Slyusarchuk will try to put more debt on you by accumulating the debt on their side through unnecessary litigation and legal fees. They never settle with the hope of getting as much as they can later. This company turns other people into bankrupts while building its own wealth out of them.

I had a difficult loan and everything Alana Sky said came true. This is my first loan with Ad Mortgage. Even though it was the first loan, I found their system to be very intuitive and easy to use. AD turn times are great, approx 24 hours. I really enjoyed working with them and will again I am sure.
