being able to communicate by phone to all terminals helps with any confusion on any subject. Also the speed of which conditions are reviewed is super helpful. I have been a loan officer for 30 years and this just takes the anxiety of whether or not your loan is going to close on time out of the situation.

From application in on Thursday with disclosures out and signed Thursday night, to initial UW approval on Friday, conditions supplied over the weekend, CTC on Monday and closing on Tuesday... UNBELIEVABLE results achieved here to help us keep our close of escrow date intact for our borrowers! George and the A&D Team went far above and beyond to show us our business matters to them.
