We opened account with them, they send me clover no charge and after 1 months they charged me full clover pos. They closed my account and i returned the POS to them and they are not refunding my POS payment. None of the phone number is working. This is scam people so beware of this company. I am going to file a police complain against this company.

I open account with adn I didn't like service so close account
They tole me mini clover ll be no charge
After closing account they charge full amount for mini and I m still paying every month rent
I call more than 100 time no one help me every one ll say to u give me 1 week everything will be refund
After that, the block number, nobody wanna talk to you

Not even worth negative stars. They are scammers. stay away from them. They use legitimate financial institution platform such as Fiserv, First data, clover, card connect, eSign etc. to defraud innocent small business owners using deceptive tactics to sign various documents and agreements which I never wanted to sign on to. Stay away from this company please. I am a big time victim of this company. Believe me you will loose your sleep for sure
My experience with Nuvie company debit machine service has been nothing but frustrating. The agent (Hasan Ali) provided misleading information during the application process, stating that the payment charges would be $15 per month. However, I was shocked to see a $149 charge in the first month. When I contacted the agent, he reassured me the issue would be resolved the following month, but instead, I started seeing random, unexplained charges on my account.
When I questioned these charges, I was told they were due to a "First Data Bank service fee," something that was never disclosed to me initially. To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel the service, I was hit with a hefty penalty fee—another charge that was never mentioned upfront.
This company’s lack of transparency, random fees, and penalties make it impossible to trust them. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and thoroughly review all details beforehand.
