Great service for my prescription lenses. Could not have been better.

Reached out several times with no response from customer service. For what they are charging for their products you would think they would want to take care of the customer.

Just like the previous poster, I ordered my RX sunglasses back on Feb 20th, It's now March 28th. Still no glasses. Very poor if any communication on them. Have said they've not passed inspection twice and had to be sent back....really? No response in emails after days of asking. They have several email addresses listed on their web page for communications but no one responds. Terrible customer service and no $472 glasses to comment on. Ticked Off!

I am giving two stars because this is my second order with ads sports eyewear. Obviously the first experience was good because I went back. This time, wow!! I ordered 3 weeks ago and emailed them for status. The company NEVER responded. I called today and was given every excuse for every issue. There has been an issue with the servers but they try to answer every email quickly. Seems that it is a common excuse to pass the blame. Where are my glasses? We will be getting them out today. How convenient that you found them when I called. This is a second rate company and will never get my business again.

First the glasses are fantastic. Each time I send them an email, they quikly got back to me. They
were pleasant and well informed. They made feel confident that goods things were happening. Thank you, great work.

Extremely accommodating - when there were errors, they fixed it! I will continue to order from ADS anytime I need glasses or lenses!

Found these pair of Oakley’s my daughter loved and nobody wanted to make the lens i then found ADS sports eye ware and they made the lens and my daughter loves her new pair of Oakley’s

This is my third prescription sunglasses order from ADS in 7 years, and each one has been quick, with great quality, and exactly what I ordered. Oh and with the Black Friday sale this year, I saved at least $200 over what Lens Crafters or one of those chain stores would have charged for the same glasses.

Second time buying Oakley prescription sunglasses from ADS. Their customer service was great and even recommended when a sale was going on, while I was asking questions about my new glasses. My old Oakley prescription sun glasses lasted 5 years (get a lot of use here in Arizona). I'm expecting the same high quality from this purchase.

I wear prescription Oakley's. Every new pair I get is from ADS Sports eyewear. It is because they are fast, efficient and the product is always delivered as advertised. The fact that their pricing can't be beat is the icing.

My son loves his new glasses! It took a little time for them to be made, but worth the wait!

I paid for my prescription sunglasses approximately 6 weeks ago. They said delivery 10-12 days. At 21 days they didn't answer an email on the status. Got through on day 22 and was told the glasses broke in grinding and would ship within 2-3 days. One more follow-up and they said would ship next day and send confirmation number. NOTHING. Now 6 weeks...emails for status go unanswered. Complete SCAM IMHO! I will never use them again. I would never recommend them.
