Monica was extremely helpful in explaining tax implications and how to remedy my situation. She spoke clearly and concisely with knowledge and expertise. Daniela is a shining star! Pleasant, informative, and helpful. Daniela sent the necessary forms, so Monica was able to speak with me. Monica called me Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. She helped me in several areas. She never made me feel hurried, looked up the information I needed. What a breath of fresh air that there is still first class corporation left to deal with.

Monica was very informative during our visit and guided us to what we need to do and told us we are on the right track. She could have just been in it for the money and told us we were doing things wrong and spend the money here so we can correct it. Met with Alex about some complex tax questions. He advised me about what to expect going forward. Very nice guy. Didn’t charge me anything. And even offered to answer follow up questions via email. Everyone in the office was very friendly. I’ll call on them again in the future I’m certain.

I went in there with a major tax problem hadn’t paid my taxes for eight years. They gave me great advice and in the end they save me a lot of money.

You charged me $1000 to do exactly what I said I was planning to do. Call the irs and set up a payment. However by the time you finally got around to it was already set for garnishment. That $1000 would have almost paid for half of what I owed. I feel like you all are crooks!
