I purchased a Brayden baby manikin from this company approximately nine months ago at a cost of just under £900. It has only been used on a small number of occasions for teaching, but after around eight months it stopped functioning properly.
After contacting customer support, I was asked to provide a video. Following this, I was told the issue appeared to be related to my technique. However, I am a very experienced healthcare professional and instructor, and the same technique worked perfectly when the manikin was first purchased last year.
I have now been asked to send the manikin to The Netherlands for inspection and to cover the postage costs. Given the price of the product, the limited use it has had, and the fact it is still within warranty, this has been quite disappointing.
I chose this company because of its reputation and expected a high-quality training product and responsive customer support. I hope this matter can still be resolved fairly and promptly.

I was looking for a replacement battery for the defibrillator. I found this company's website and ordered the required battery because their website showed it as a stock item. However, the next day, I received another email confirming that the battery was not in stock, and I had to wait for the delivery.
After 5-6 weeks, I received our order. However, a few weeks later, I received an email from this company demanding payment for our order. I sent them confirmation that everything had been paid and was told to ignore that email. Two weeks later, I received another email demanding the same payment for our order. This company is trying to force us to pay twice for one battery.

AVOID them if you want to save yourself time and nerves!

Ordering was easy, delivery was delayed but to be expected in the current times, pleased that we now have a fully working AED again

Although there were delays between ordering and receiving my defibrillator batteries owing to Covid-related production problems, the AEDexpert-Medisol Customer Care Team kept me fully informed of progress in a prompt, courteous and helpful way. Overall a friendly, caring company and thoroughly recommended.

I was very impressed. Two engineers who attended were amazingly efficient & positive in their approach to installation compared to team that had come first time round.
Both were polite, explained every step & went above & beyond call of duty.

The items arrived on time and in good condition, however the costs rose because UPS estimate the import/carriage charges, I certainly did not expect an additonal charge of such a large amount. So Service was great, the prcing was definately off! I shall be more careful who I'm ordering from and where the package is coming from, next time

The item was ordered on 2nd December and my account was immediately debited, however the item was "not in stock" and I was not advised of this. It was only when I queried what was happening was I informed of this fact and that stock was awaiting delivery from the Netherlands. The item was finally delivered on 22nd December.

I feel that I should have been advised on 2nd December and asked if I wanted to proceed with the purchase at that time.

Always an easy process, If you need help they are informative and helpful.
