I would keep away from Aeroflux. I ordered a knee brace which was supposed to be delivered by express delivery. The product never arrived although according to the SHOP app it had been.. I wrote several emails asking Aeroflux to chase up my order and got no replies.

Wrong by within 6 months appeared to only have 1 speed, initially got a quick response asking for a video which I did immediately , company never responded until 3 months later when I again emailed ( I sent several) as said problem was now when you switched it in the inside of barrel becomes bright red and starts to smoke, a week later and several emails from me a reply.. saying this is normal…
I think not !!!!!!
Dreadful customer service

The company kept me informed at all times in a courteous and kind manner.
Although the product did not suit me needs the refund was processed quickly

Total SCAM!!! Do not buy from them!! Items are not good quality and sent back for a refund after complaining and NO RESPONSE!!! So they now have the product back and my money!! Will be taking this much further!!! Disgusting!!!

This company mis sells products. I ordered a hydrogen water bottle, it looks nothing like the product advertised. It has no timer,no nasal tube and produces 1400-1600 ppb
Instead of the advertised 5000ppb
Avoid this company

If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Bought a den making kit for my son’s Christmas present last year and couldn’t believe how flimsy and weak it was. A thin blanket made it nearly collapse. Sent it back never got a refund and all emails were ignored. This is a scam and I cannot believe the website is still up and running. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Ordered Aeroflux XXL cordless Infared heat pad for back pain with vibration massage £69.99. Expensive but sounded wonderful.
Received Comfytemp wearable heating pad and on eBay and Amazon this is priced much less. I contacted customer service and they assured me that the product is the same one with just a different brand name?
The saving grace is that the Comfytemp pad sent to is extremely good at getting rid of back pain
If you are looking for back pain relief I do recommend the Comfytemp but do not pay the inflated prices charged at Aeroflux. Shop around as I should have done.

I ordered a wrist brace, I was sent the wrong the size. I emailed the company to arrange delivery of the correct item and was initially responded to quite promptly. However, I have had no response in over a week and no replacement product sent out. Poor service.

If i could give this company a zero rating I most certainly would.
I purchased an hearing aid which according to their sales pitch would giv clearer sound with no whistling.
All I can hear is whistling.
The items they sell are not fit fir purpose and therefore please do not purchase anything from this unscrupulous company

Unfortunately an error was made with the delivery of the item I ordered which caused a delay in delivery however this was no fault from this company as the item was delivered to an incorrect address however after investigation by the delivery operator the item was finally delivered to me.
As for the product I ordered which was a knee brace for my knee, the quality is excellent and the fitting is true to the size guide. Overall it is great value for money and the customer service was excellent when helping to track my delivery.

I ordered a neck fan for my daughter's birthday - ordered on 4th August 2026 stating 5 days maxium delivery - with this company and it arrived today. The packaging was battered and the fan broken. The customer communication has been non existent their end. I've sent numerous emails chasing this order and no response. The telephone number quoted on their site is no longer in commission. I have requested a refund via email and have notified SHOP who manage their orders. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs!

After receiving my water bottle and trying it . It was not what I was looking for. I asked for a full refund and was sent a QR code immediately. My refund as been processed quickly . I have no complaints about this company and thank them for their fast response.

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing a back support. I bought it in the knowledge that if it wasn’t suitable I could return it. It doesn’t fit me, so I’m in the process now of trying to return it.
You have to email them for a label if you want to return goods - there is no paperwork with the products they send out, so you HAVE to wait for them to reply and send a return label.

I’ve sent two emails, 10 days apart but have heard nothing from the company. I’ll try sending a third tomorrow but have the feeling I’ve just been scammed. Unless you want to take a chance on goods working/ fitting you, I’d avoid this company as you cannot get them to reply to provide you with a return label, to then return the goods for a refund. Terrible company.

This is an honest review and I was not offered anything to do it. There are a lot of negative reviews for this company and many of the products it's sells but this one is positive. I ordered the hand held turbo fan without looking at reviews. It eventually arrived which took over a week so quite a long time. Obviously from China as there is Chinese writing on it and the tracking was international tracking. As for the product it is plastic which I expected as it only cost £27. The construction of it is good in my opinion. Can't give it excellent though. It's performance is also good and it does everything that it's advertised to do. On speed 199 it produces good air flow. The cooling plate does indeed get cold and the torch does work although I think it's a bit unnecessary. It comes with a charging cable and a lanyard so you can hang it around your neck and use it hands free. I did not need to contact the company for any reason as I am a patient person and could follow the tracking of the product. So this review is mainly for the hand held turbo fan and not the company I bought it off.

I purchased a set of heating aids for my dad, they arrived as described and my dad was very happy with them. After about 2 weeks the right one stopped working for some reason. I contacted Aeroflux by email and sent a short video of it not working. Sarah emailed me back within a day and advised a replacement set had been sent out to me. Great product and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Two weeks after ordering a dehumidifier, and receiving a dispatch confirmation suggesting 3-5 working days’ express delivery, I hadn’t heard anything further. I emailed and was asked to wait a little longer. I responded that I had already waited longer than the anticipated delivery time and had no tracking facility for my product, requesting they tell me where my package is. I was told a replacement product would be dispatched. I didn’t receive that either so requested a full refund, which I did receive within a week of my request. Customer Service and communication from Sarah was excellent, but disappointing that I did not receive the product I ordered. Approximate timeline was five and a half weeks from placing the order to receipt of a refund.

I love my hearing aids they have changed my day to day life great if you wear glasses as they have no box behind your ear to hurt you

This was truly a terrible product. It was completely missold and nothing like advertised.
