I had bought a cordless car vaccum, without even using it I realised the product is cheap quality, raised a return request which is not straightforward, they offered me partial refund to save me hassle of paying for the courier, I accepted that. However the product has a design flaw and the parts keep falling off while in use.. so the product is of no use to me now.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a fan off this website 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. And there has been no updates. Even when I put the tracking number in. It still says the same thing. And no one knows anything. Scam website. Do not buy from here

Beware of buying from this company. 2 wrong items sent, Aeroflux asked me to send them back at my cost and said it had to be as tracked mail. One of the items was a cheaper product than I ordered so they should have paid the postage as it was their error. Many emails later which were either not replied to or automatic replies and still no refund 6 weeks on. I have today contacted Trading Standards who have said they are breaking Consumers Rights Act 2015. This seems a dodgy company operating out of someone’s house in Luton. Reading other reviews I am one of many unhappy customers.

Ordered knee supports. Inferior product sent. Emailed several times. Replies always come back asking for patience. I have now gone to my credit card company to chase. I have also reported them to trading standards. Which I had checked trust pilot instead of believing other comments.

I would not recommend using this company.

I ordered an item and have been trying to return it for the past seven days. Although the company has responded to me, they have only offered a 20% refund instead of accepting a full return and providing a full refund. This has been extremely disappointing and has not resolved the issue.

As a result, I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money and pursue the matter through my consumer rights.

I purchased 2 premium looking parasols.
They sent 2 completely different budget ones.
I contacted multiple times for over a month before any response.
Each time I would reply they took over a week to respond. All I want is a refund or correct items. They are not coming to any conclusion.

Never received product, am awaiting a refund currently been waiting 2 weeks for this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Partner awaiting a refund for a faulty fan received - only 40% offered for a premium price charged ( ten times product value). There must be somewhere to report these obvious customer rights breached practices - as per multiple other reviews evidencing the same.

Bought the so-called Pro Neck Fan. A cheap non-branded effort arrived which was also the wrong colour. I sent it back. And over a month later I’m still trying to get a refund. Have since bought a neck fan in a local department store for less than half the price and it works a treat. Avoid at all costs!

Please do not buy from the company unless you want a faulty product. That is what happened to me, I asked for a returns label and address to send back to and they haven’t provided either. The send emails back saying will send shortly and it’s been two weeks, they do this to scam you so 28 days passes then they will say it is too late to to return the item, I am going to my bank to show them I have been scammed and to get a refund from the bank.

I ordered the airflow neck fan, now, do they work? Yes, for how long? Who knows! I've contacted them and shop (the app that managed this purchase) to request a refund and return - none have responded! So if you're looking for a cheap plastic neck fan, go ahead, otherwise avoid like the plague!

I bought some knee supports due to an incident I had. The items recieved were not supportive in any way shape or form. I emailed them to return the item which was hard work on its own for a response. They offered a small discount and for me to keep the items which were not usuable and therefore I declined. I sent the items back to a very weird address that they gave me which also was not the senders address on the packaging originally, however I did everything asked labelled the package correctly and placed inside all the details required. I had to pay myself to send it back as they refused to pay for this although they have nothing on their website to state buyer to pay to return but they still refused to pay to have it sent back. They recieved the item back on the 14th May 2026 which was tracked! I am still waiting for a refund as they refuse to answer any of my emails and when they do answer all i get is "we are investigating and you will expect a response in 1-2 business days" im still waiting for that response after numerous emails demanding my money back. Do not buy from this company. They have no customer service!!

Wrong item was sent - repeatedly told I was wrong, then a month of tedious emails back and forth and still no resolution. I was repeatedly offered a partial refund to which I kept saying - no, you sent me the wrong item I do not wish to keep it. Eventually they agreed to arrange return delivery of the item. But then twice I have chosen the collection date with Royal Mail. Neither was actually arranged. Horrendous customer services. Please please avoid and do not trust this company and please do not buy any item from them. Worst customer services I have ever experienced. No phone number, I doubt they are even a real company. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO BUY ANYTHING!!

Unfortunately this is a bogus site I believe. I ordered an aeroflux after 5 star reviews (god knows where they came from) and I received a product which does not work. I have now sent around 8 emails asking for a return label and a return address for a refund. However I keep getting emails back from them but none of them sending a return label. They take your money but do not want to refund you. Please avoid at all costs. All I wanted was a mini vaccum that works, it cost me £35 and it doesn’t work and they won’t refund me even though it only just arrived a few days ago.

Returned an item on 11th of May, still awaiting a refund despite sending returns tracking as requested, and have chased up the refund on 2 occasions.
