I ordered an egg chair and Aeroflux said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days
After 2 weeks it was not delivered so I asked for a total refund
They declined saying that they could not refund as they had already sent it off to FedEx I then tracked the number but FedEx said that they had not received it
I email them every few days asking for a refund but they totally ignore my emails
I have been waiting for over 5 weeks and they still have not released it to FedEx
Very disappointed with the terrible customer service

Item received by not even the same as what I ordered. Item was also very poorly made. Had sharp bits of plastic, exposed wires and was flimsy and would break easily. Contacted to return the item and they said they wouldn’t return and would give me a discount to keep the item. I don’t want it it’s not safe for my 6 year old! Disgusting. Avoid.

I have ordered from here before and was very happy with the knee bandage.
However this time I was disappointed to find that my product did not turn up.
My email sent was answered quickly and after their research my order came the next day.

Great customer service. My item arrived on time and was really good quality. Unfortunately it was too big for me as my foot is very narrow. But customer service offered me a refund and was very understanding.

They respond to emails quickly, and they deal with any issues you may have.

Item still hasn’t arrived despite being out for delivery for 5 days. Over a week since ordering. No response from emailing support

Ordered a knee support, next day delivery also stated 1-3 working days not sure which one it’s supposed to be.

No item after 10+ working days, numerous emails eventually got a response saying wait more days. Chased it up again same response wait more days.

Eventually the knee support arrived which is a bonus, looks nothing like the item online, no branded packaging just some basic import item from a temu.

Wouldn’t order anything from them again. Very poor, very misleading, poor quality product.

Do not use this company. The products themselves are apparently good but there is no way that you can send anything back. I bought a massager but it was not what I wanted so I emailed the company and was told to send photos, which I did. I was then offered 30% off if I kept the product. It would not have worked for what I wanted it for so I declined. I found an email address online and sent several emails asking for an address to return it to which all were totally ignored. I tried to phone but got through to Aerolux by mistake. They said that they get 6 or 7 phone calls every day from people who want to return things but cannot find an address. Beware.

The knee support is great quality and is a great fit.
I emailed customer service with a query they replied quickly and were very helpful so all round very pleased with Aeroflux.

So far, I would not recommend this company. I ordered a scooter-suitcase. They said delivery would be 3-5 days. It took nearly 2 weeks, it arrived broken. Response has been very slow. They have said "leave it with us" as in, they haven't offered to re-send a new product, they havent offered a refund. I should have checked Trustpilot prior to ordering with them, but their website looked like a legitimate company. I now fear I will have lost £109.

Dont buy from this company. Try to get a refund even when I was to go a head and return but I had to pay and send proof off return fair enough I follow the instructions and used the given return address on there lable sent out. As no further instructions given now they saying they can't refund as they can not collect from the return address.
Why ? Miss leading information in the first place.
Please stay clear off this company. Im a pensioner and brought in good faith i have been con out off pocket a total off £46 in total it may not seem much but when your living on limited funds and brought something hoping it would help with my pain but then to be ripped off. Discusting

I purchased hearing aids and the add states 30 day money guarantee easy returns etc. I decided theyvwerent for me and tried to contact them multiple times and got no response. Found an address and returned the hearing aids. Then they finally contacted me saying sorry no refunds on hearing aids complely contradicting their own add. They are again ignoring me about the refund

Terrible experience. Ordered a kitchen helper for my toddlers birthday (said next day delivery came 3 days later) when item arrived, the wrong item came. Emailed numerous times to fix this issue and eventually got an automated response 4 weeks later saying they will refund 30% of the item!!! After a lot of back and forth I was asked to return the item - again wasting time to drag to the post office and pay for postage for it then to take 2 further emails and 4 weeks for an actual refund and no apology! Do not buy from this website’

They do their job from the heart and are very good professionals.

Sadly item did not fit well enough, not sellers fault and item was in good condition. Had to ask to return which you have to email them to ask how to return the item. This is where the customer service is lacking and very slow. They don’t respond to your email for a few days then reply with an offer which is unsatisfactory. I emailed back saying I wanted to return the item and have a full refund. I was eventually sent a QR code so use at the post office to return the item however the address you return the item to has no one in to receive the item so it came back to me.
Contacted them again, was told to reuse QR code so tried sending item back.
Company has now refunded me, thank you.
A lot of hassle but sorted eventually.

Honestly, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.
I ordered an item as a gift which was supposed to arrive the next day (1-2 working day). By the 2nd day, the item still hadn’t even been dispatched so I emailed the support email to request to cancel the order as it wouldn’t arrive on time to give to the recipient for a birthday. I then had to fork out for a 2nd replacement gift in the meantime.
3 days after this, I’d heard nothing back and my order still hadn’t been dispatched so I emailed them once again to request to cancel my order and process a refund.
8 days after I placed an order I received a generic stalling email to say they are investigating and I will receive a response within 1-2 working days (why they couldn’t have just responded to my email properly at this stage I don’t know as there was nothing to investigate, my request to cancel was clear).
A day later I then received an email to say there has been a surge in demand for the item, hence the delay and my order was being prioritised for dispatch and should reach me within a few days. I responded within an hour to say, I’d asked to cancel the order twice as it’s no longer required due to arriving too late to gift. I asked them not to dispatch the order once angain and refund me to save everyone’s time as I would only have to return if it was sent.
7 days later, the item arrived and of course my email had been ignored again. I once again emailed to inform them that the item has arrived, despite me asking for this not to be sent 3 times. I asked for the returns process as I just wanted this resolved ASAP.
I received a reply 4 days later (funnily enough their quickest reply now that they’d actually sent the item). Firstly, calling me ‘Karen’ which is most definitely not anything like my name and secondly mentioning it was for my grandson, again im not old enough to even have grandchildren so I have no idea where this came from either. They then stated they could see the item had been delivered so couldn’t cancel the order now and to please let them know if I still wanted to return the item.
I honestly don’t know how much more plain I could have been. Every single request to cancel or return the items in my emails was ignored. The customer service is appalling.
After reading other reviews, I’ve not even taken the item out of the postage bag for fear of them not refunding me when they finally send instructions on how to return the item (if they ever do). I wish I’d had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering as it wouldn’t have saved me so much time, stress and money.
I have never dealt with a worse company and would absolutely discourage anyone from ordering from them.

Triangle support cushion. It is Exactly as described and advertised. The cushion is exactly what I need for my upcoming knee replacement surgery.
Great value. Packaged well. Delivered in good time.
Aeroflux customer service is easy to contact and helpful.
I was looking for information on delivery times as I was going away on holiday. I contacted customer service by email. I had my query dealt with sorted really quickly.
I would definitely recommend Aeroflux.

This was a disaster from the start. Ordered hairdryer. The attachment broke and we went back and forth..mostly me sending emails and a video and waiting for answers. Finally I got the attachment off the hairdryer and they promised to send me a new one.. that didnt happen .. I had to contact them again.. finally just took 40 percent rebate .. never got the part.. this took nearly 5 months to sort out. Never ever buying from them again
