Ordered a dress I saw in an Instagram ad. It’s been over a month and I have not heard anything from them. I have contacted them twice and heard nothing back. I have never experienced this before. Are there no consumer protection laws or policies for what ads are allowed?

I wish I would have came across this website before I purchased from them!! I spent $150+ but then decided I didn’t want the items I had purchased anymore because I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right (a little too late, right?). On the website they state they charge $22 cancellation fee or something to that amount?? which is better that losing out on $150 so I decided to go ahead and contacted the company multiple times. I never received a reply from the company and as of two days ago I’ve received two different tracking numbers. None of which work so I’m pretty sure they haven’t sent any of the items.

I ordered 5 items. After 5 weeks, 2/5 arrived. I only ever received one “tracking” so I have no evidence that would lead me to believe that the rest are coming. Not that it would matter - the 2 I received were a joke. One was a necklace that was like play plastic. The second was a dress that was obviously a poorly reconstructed ripoff of the dress they were advertising. There were major design and pattern differences, and the fabric feels like a disposable tablecloth. Customer service has never responded to me - even when I was just asking for shipping updates. This place is a SCAM.

I paid around £170 for several items, but up until this moment i have not receive any notification as to when the products is going to be shipped nor any reply from the seller. I do believe this company/seller is a big scam and thief. Please be very careful with this company and do not buy from this company.

Ordered a dress. I haven't heard from them in more than 8 days. No idea of what happened to my Order.

I definitely think it is a scam. I ordered a dress about 10 days ago and still haven’t heard anything about it having been sent. They do not reply to mails.

I contacted them on Facebook and the way they replay is not professional at all. They said they would ship my purchase in 2 days and I still haven’t heard anything about that. They also said that it would probably take more time than expected because it is the end of the year and that to pass the border it will be more complicated.

Anyways it is just one of those website that is created before Christmas. It’s a shame that some people do things like that. I wish there was a way to get my money back as well but well...

I'm really just writing this review to see if anyone else out there has experience with this company. The stuff looks so cute!!! But after a bad experience with a scammer selling clothes through my Facebook ads, I always check trustpilot first now. The ads look brand new and are similar in style to all of the other scammers. The clothes I ordered from dreslily took forever coming from China and then were hilariously nothing like what I ordered. I may just order something cheap on my next payday to see how they do - I'll report back to you! :)
