Have countless issues funding my CAD wallet. One of the most ridiculous platforms; they always have the same issues since 2022/2023 i have known them. I had to stop using their service, the one time i gave it another consideration, i was reminded why i stopped using them. Their customer service is shitty; its the worst AI implementation because no actual person cares to even attend t the issue lets not even talk about no one to speak to. Its just an appalling service they provide. Their service is not reliable!!1!

You promised real-time service but 9.5 times out of 10. I got my money many hours after so called transaction says successful. Before you blame it on NIBBS and Nigerian banks, note that I use other platforms and the deliver on theri real time transcation promises!
