Spams me with unwanted marketing, doesn't appear to be a way to opt out. Irritating, disruptive.

Product was easy to assemble and easy to use. I have a large pool so I was happy to see it had a universal size connection to attach to my long pool pole and get to the center of the pool. easy to clean as well and I like that it came with several of the catch nets.

Loved the price

1 of 4 lights bulbs didn't work. Overall good because it's hard to find smart light bulbs that all work in the same app.

I love the product

I placed an order, and when I tracked it, I saw that it says it was delivered on 2024-04-07 at 14:55. I've searched around my house, and I can't seem to find the package. I have also asked my neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them and they did not get it either.

I was hoping that I would be able to get more information about where the delivery driver left it. If that still doesn't help me find the package, I was hoping I could get another one sent or be refunded.

I also went to my local post office and the ones in the surrounding area, and none of them were holding my package. I did provide them my name, address, and the tracking number and they said that they didn't have any packages for me and that the tracking number wasn't a USPS tracking number.

Needed to return an item I no longer needed but customer service is saying the package had been opened and used showing signs of staining, I asked for pictures showing the staining with no answer. They’re only offering me 50%credit. This is a joke and ripoff

Modern technology great stuff

I ordered a 4pk of bulbs and 2 different cameras

When the package arrived, there were no cameras.

I contacted Aidot 2 different times via email, and got no satisfaction.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, packaged well, and quality merchandise.

I purchased over $300 in smart lights (Orein), smart plugs (Linkind), and switches (Linkind) from this company.

My first order (1/31/2024) of four switches arrived on 2/3/2024 and one of the switches was DOA. I messaged the company's support at aidot.com with the order number in the subject line explaining the DOA switch and how to proceed and if I needed an RMA. I received a message with a ticket number asking me for the order number. I replied with the order number in the message body this time. No response afterwards. I also ordered four Linkind smart plugs on a different invoice the same day and received them the same day as the switches. No issues with the smart plugs.

Not concerned that one of the switches was DOA and it is just something that happens, I ordered 10 more switches on 2/4/2024 since they worked so well. While checking my order status on 2/6/2024 I saw the 'My Returns' link on my account page. I completed the RMA request for the first order and received an email telling me my request pending and the support team would get back to me shortly. NOTHING as of 2/20/2024!

The second order arrived on 2/8/2024. Another DOA switch was received. On 2/12/2024 I went to their website and registered for their 6-month warranty extension for all of my orders. While there I updated my first RMA (still no response to my 2/6/2024 request) to let them know I received another DOA switch and requested two replacement switches for the two DOA switches that I now had.

On 2/15/2024 I received duplicate emails from sales that my orders had arrived, but no support messages.

I have emailed (help at aidot.com) and (support aidot.com) and received ticket numbers, as well as requested an RMA for two DOA switches through their My Returns page and have yet to get a reply. I even went as far as to try and contact them through their Facebook page and still have not received any kind of support. They do not have a phone number to contact support either, which makes me think they are either too small, or don't care, to support the products they sell.

I will not be doing business with them anymore if they will not even support their products. One of my worst support experiences ever!

One thing I have enjoyed is after receiving my products,which were great, I was offered many bargains on discounted products. I have thoroughly been pleased with every product I have purchased.

My order never arrived. AiDot send a shipping notice a month after the order was allegedly shipped. That's my first and last experience.

Their Matter products interface well with other Matter handling apps.
