I received the wrong product. I returned it according to instructions given. After almost a month I received an e mail today stating I'm getting a refund. What happened to the product I ordered?

First Time Purchasing from Sun Bright
The service and shipping was great. Regarding the product I chose black to go with our other fixtures. The finish is matte black which marks easily I wish I would have known this beforehand

Company sold poorly designed products
I will call tomorrow to see what the company will do to take ownership of selling what appear to be shoddily made products. They leak and are rusting after two weeks.

They lie when they drop the ball
We never got a shipping notice after we paid for them, then when I called they told me they were out of stock. Then when I asked why I was never notified I was told that they actually had them ready to ship but they didnt pass the quality inspection test. Don’t appreciate being lied to then left hanging after spending that much money.
