Great software at a reasonable price.

You can use this software very cheaply to get started, only adding some features as and when you grow. It works well, and connects to many channels and couriers. The control you have to filter orders and manage your order processing is very good.

It works as well for 100 orders a day, to many 1000 a day.

The support is great, if a change by a channel can break something, then it's fixed quickly and communicated well. Contacting support gets you answers quickly.

We've been using it for nearly 10 years now, so that says a lot.

Great software providing by a dedicated team. Ben, Andrew and Chrissii always go above and beyond to help out and provide support.

We've been using this platform for many years now to group orders from Ebay, Etsy and Amazon. Really helpful for pulling all the orders together into one place. We also use their Packing Station add on to print our postage labels (we use for Royal Mail, Evri and DHL but many other carriers are also supported). It then prints the labels and uploads all the shipping and tracking details to the various platforms in a couple of clicks.

We've looked at other, far more expensive options before and have always found Packing Partner to provide the best service at the best price.
