I am enrolled in the 3-year LLB program from Arunachal University of Studies through Aimlay. After completing the registration and paying the first-year fees, my experience has been quite inconsistent.
I had paid for books for all three years, but the first-year books provided were of poor quality and from inferior authors. I declined the second and third-year books and requested a refund, which remains unresolved. Even my enrolment number for the exam was issued only on the day of the exam after repeated follow-ups.
Additionally, the referral amount promised for the first week of March has still not been credited, and no one has confirmed the amount despite multiple requests. The books amount that was to be adjusted in the second semester is also not acknowledged by the accounts team.
My CRM Gourav and even the manager Krishan have not been responding to calls or messages, despite repeated assurances. On top of this, my LLB first semester result (exam held in December) is still not available, with no clear update provided.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their communication, accountability, and overall service quality for students.

Aimlay seems a professional service, but eventually I paid and didn't receive what I asked for. On top there is no communication: No answer on WhatsApp and email don't work after a while. Very strange company.

They are playing dead after the first contacts. I never received the correct certificate. The first meetings were promising, but no replys any more. I lost a lot of money.

After first contact and immediate request for payment the communication faded out completely. It's like a black hole, nothing comes out. Never again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Aimlay. After making the payment and completing the registration process, I was given multiple commitments regarding support and progress. However, for the past three months, there has been no proper response from their team.

I was in contact with Santosh Jha, Satish, Ankur, and Akash Chauhaan during the initial stages. They were very responsive before the payment and made several assurances. However, after registration and payment, communication completely stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and messages, there has been no response or accountability.

This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their credibility. It feels like false commitments were made just to secure the payment.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with Aimlay.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM .. Despite the full payment being made well in advance, there have been repeated delays, a lack of proactive updates, and no concrete progress shared, even after multiple follow‑ups via email and WhatsApp. This ongoing uncertainty has caused significant inconvenience.
We request the following:

A clear and written status update outlining the current stage of the paper.
A definite and realistic timeline for completion and/or publication.
Confirmation of expedited processing, considering the critical dependency involved.

My employee code apl 1932 I joined aimlay on 5th of march after working for about 23 day without any reason they told to quit the job and they didn't paid me anything worst organization pls don't join anyone the trainer here are big parasite espically dipanjan he consider himself as he is from oxford University very oversmart man it my humble request pls dnt join this organsation if u want to ruin ur carrier , whenever they want they will fire you and not give any salary I pray to God jaise inlogo ne meri hard earn money rakhi hai god will pay them off because kisi ko jabab do na do upar wale ko dena padta hai one more thing more I want to say please dnt take admission also bcoz they won't provide any admission and keep ur money and won't provide any refund worst organization I have met ever

Receiving my honorary PhD from Orange County University was an extraordinary and deeply meaningful experience. The ceremony, hosted by Aimlay at the Crowne Plaza in San Francisco, was executed with remarkable excellence. From the warm hospitality to the seamless flow of the program, every detail reflected intentionality, respect, and celebration. It was truly an honor to be recognized in such a distinguished and uplifting environment.

The event was not only successful—it was inspiring. The energy in the room, the professionalism of the organizers, and the genuine sense of community made the evening unforgettable. I am sincerely grateful for the recognition and for the opportunity to share this milestone with fellow honorees, university representatives, and guests.

As with any large-scale event, there are always opportunities to elevate the experience even further. Two areas stood out as meaningful enhancements for future ceremonies:

1. Inclusion of a Printed or Digital Program Featuring All Candidates

A formal program listing the honorees, their fields, and brief biographies would add tremendous value. It helps guests follow the flow of the ceremony, provides context for each recognition, and serves as a keepsake that captures the significance of the moment.

2. Seating Universities and Their Students Together

Arranging seating so that each university’s representatives and their students are grouped together would strengthen the sense of identity and pride within each cohort. It would also enhance engagement, create a more unified visual presence, and allow institutions to celebrate their candidates collectively.

Overall, the event was a resounding success—beautifully organized, heartfelt, and memorable. I extend my deepest appreciation to Aimlay and Orange County University for their commitment to honoring academic and cultural excellence. I look forward to seeing the ceremony continue to grow and shine in the years ahead.

After spending $17,800 cad for two separate purchases one would expect a lot more professionalism, care, attention and accuracy with certifications. My crm Jagrit was great and seems to care other than that I would caution everyone and encourage you to get full transparent communication and records as all communication is extremely lacking. Simple errors and they refuse to respond and rectify. This organization is just an excessive money grab.

The people assisting me from first to last contact were excellent

My CRM was very helpful with explaining the whole process and was available for the many questions I had.

Be careful when dealing with this agency.

After checking their Google reviews (which are quite poor), I decided not to proceed. When I informed them, instead of addressing the concerns, they compared themselves to Apple—which honestly makes no sense. Apple doesn’t chase customers on WhatsApp or push them into Zoom meetings to convince them to buy something.

Despite clearly declining, they continued trying to get me onto a “free” Zoom call, which felt more like a pressure tactic than genuine service. It gives the impression that they are trying to sell credibility rather than actually having it.

If a company is confident in what they offer, they don’t need to push this hard. Proceed with caution.

The actual convocation event was well executed. The atmosphere was quite professional.
There was, however, one slight disappointment for me. This was the fact that I heard nothing said abut the Mastery Handbooks. I guess that if we were told, that our Mastery handbook would not have ready for the event, there would have been less anticipation. This resulted in a level of disappointment.
