This is a complete scam. Unfortunately i didn't read the reviews before ordering. The orders come from China. I ordered £50 boots and received a pair of boots that didn't even vaguely look like the boots I ordered. Wanted a full refund, but this would cost more than £20 to send them back to China. They offered £10 which I took and cut my losses. Gave the boots to the charity shop.

I would not recommend ordering from this site. The quality of materials are cheap and certainly not worth the prices they are asking.
I have just recieved a blouse I ordered, the collar is stained. The needle work from the machinist is dreadful. The blouse is light blue/ white gingham check and the semas have red cotton!
I have emailed Sofia to request a full refund.
This company are advertising that they are UK based ( Yorkshire Dales) what a load of rubbish. They are falsely advertising and misleading people big time. They need to be shut down or be open and transparent on the link as to who they are.

I ordered what was advertised as a beautiful hand-knitted sweater with 3D embroidered ribcage and anatomical heart design with floral details. The website photos show chunky textured knitwear with raised embroidery — a genuine artisan piece.

What arrived? A cheap, paper-thin, 100% polyester sublimation-printed top with flat inkjet graphics. Not knitted. Not embroidered. Not even close. The labels confirm: MADE IN CHINA, 100% POLYESTER.

This company's entire brand story is fabricated. The website waxes lyrical about a "small team in the Yorkshire Dales" who pour their hearts into every piece. The product photos appear to be AI-generated images of knitted garments that simply do not exist. You are buying a garment worth roughly £3 from a Chinese warehouse, marked up to full retail price, with a fake British heritage story wrapped around it.

The "4.8 rating from 5,000+ Verified Buyers" plastered on their site is completely misleading — their actual Trustpilot score tells a very different story.

I've reported them to Trading Standards Scotland and am pursuing a chargeback through my bank. I'd encourage every other victim to do the same. The more reports filed, the sooner this operation gets shut down.

Do NOT order from this website. You will not receive anything resembling the product photos.

Bought a dress, that once received is COMPLETELY different to the picture and description given. It's a cheap printed thing that probably cost 50p to be made in China. The address is in New Mexico, America, NOT the UK as stated.
Don't waste your time or money. Even in their 'sale'!

Going by the site it says everything is made in Yorkshire dales . Designed by Yorkshire dales girls and stitched by Yorkshire dale girls. Pretty picture of the shop.
But the return address is China !!!
The shipping address is the USA !!!
Where is the shop in the Yorkshire dales ?

I didn't realise that this was a Scam Shop untill I read the reviews which was a little silly of me, as I'd already ordered by this point. However I wasn't prepared for just how bad my Cat Jumper would be when it turned up. It was nothing like the picture on the Website and it was made of cheap polyester, not Wool like I thought it'd be. After a few emails I was eventually given a partial refund of £7, which wouldn't even buy me a new one. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give nought star I would. I bought a pair of boots in good faith. They advertised their business in Yorkshire UK. but they are based in china. Fraudulent advertising it is bad enough that the boots are NOTHING like as advertised . They ignore my request for an explanation re their illegal advertising and just offered 15% refund. I demand 100% which is my right but then they tell you to pay the huge shipping cost to CHINA. Everyone needs to report this company

I ordered a ‘Classic vintage dress’ and received a completely different, nylon, dreadful, badly made dress. It was also a different colour and the wrong size. I contacted them and they offered me 10% refund to keep the dress. When I declined and asked for a refund they told me to return it to an address in China and that I had to pay all shipping and tax (which they say will be 50-60% of the item cost). Their website says the opposite - ie when there is no fault on customers part, they cover shipping and provide a return label. I wish this review enabled me to upload images of the dress I ordered vs the dress I received. I couldn’t even send it to a charity shop. It is so dreadful. I also wish I could upload screenshots of the email conversations I have had with them. This company really is a scam. The clothes you receive are rubbish, and are NOT the same as the clothes advertised. The returns policy is complete fiction. They are clearly based in China despite pretending they are UK on the website. I am searching for a way to report them in the UK so that they can be shut down. Avoid.

The items were nothing like what I ordered hideous cheap printed jumpers from china. On complaining I was fobbed off that they were sorry to hear this but only offered 10% refund. I have wasted over £70. The website is misleading as items come from china but states this is uk company. Absolute rubbish do not waste your money. I would be too embarrassed to give these away.

This company are using images stolen from my website along with Koala Brand Jewellery - these pieces cost me hundreds to make and they claim 'reduced' to £25. Nobody can make these pieces apart from me! They are made my me in my workshop in the UK. I found that another company from Ali-Baba had stolen them and falsely claimed to make them. These companies are doing a bait and switch scam misleading people into buying things at false sale prices that they aren't capable of making. DO NOT TRUST COMPANIES LIKE THIS REGISTERED IN HONG HONG!

absolute rubbish. ordered 31st Dec didnt arrive until 10th Feb. Nothing like the pics, thin T shirt material with a printed image on it. Even the image has been magnified so looked all blurry. Was suppose to be a beautiful thick cardigan with celtic knitted swirls, instead a flat over magified T shirt with no fluffy edge collar. Im disgusted DONT GET CAUGHT BY THE PICTURES

This site is an absolute scam. Ordered a chunky men’s jumper, seen on Pinterest. Got a lady’s jumper with a fox’s face printed on it. The site says its shop is in Yorkshire? Emails from USA and product shipments from China. You are asked to foot the bill for the return to China before a refund is given. Another few quid you’re never going to see again. You will receive a voucher.

Dont order from here, it's all AI slop. The images look beautiful but the clothes come with the design printed on a crappy piece of cheap fabric. The website also claims that the company is located in England which isn't true, it's actually located in china and depending on where you live, you'll be waiting for a month just to be disappointed.

I ordered a couple of items thinking they were from a company I. The Yorkshire Dales… boy was I wrong. What showed up weeks after ordering was one cheap rubbish piece of material resembling a jumpsuit. The top piece one shade darker material than the trouser part.
I immediately tried to complain and was offered a 10% discount which I refused then a 20% discount then I returned it the China where it came from which cost me £20 in shipping as they refused to pay. They claim I will get refunded when they receive the package.
The second item I had ordered arrived after five weeks and is was supposed to be a dark blue dress but is emerald green and just as cheaply made as you can imagine also shipped from China. I can’t even be bothered to fight with them over the shockingly awful item they’ve sent. It’s just going to get written off as a bad shopping experience on my part

I would give 0 if I could do not order from this site I stupidly did without checking reviews paid £30 for a cheap necklace that I could have got of shein for a few quid I messaged them straight after ordering and they said I cant cancel as it was already dispatched baring in mind this was less then 1 hour of ordering..still took several weeks to come poor packaging,poor customer service! P.s there based in China not UK

The worst quality clothes ever! Complete scam and now the offer of a 10% refund although they are bombarding me with random advertising emails that promise of a 30 day returns policy.
This company should be shamed off line and people should be compensated.
