Absolutely terrible clothing. Ordered a dress and jump suit and both arrived, completely different pattern, shape and material. The sizing is weird , the quality terrible and the items totally not what they present on their website. The website is pretty good and hiding the true nature of this business. A TOTAL SCAM> DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Item received after a 2 month wait and emails back and forth was nothing like the advertised listing. Offered a 20% refund which I declined. Item was complete rubbish, I wish I had read the online reviews before purchasing. Do NOT buy anything from this crowd, they are scammers.

Not even worth a rating. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a lovely goth dress for my halloween weekend in Whitby this year. I Received a cheap dress which was absolutely nothing like the picture, it was a scam, I asked to return the dress with my money back and was informed I had to return to China with me paying shipping fees also custom
charges. After an argument I got £7.00 back. This is how they make their money by sending a cheap alternative and frightening cutomers with horrendous charges to send it back. KEEP CLEAR !!!

If there was an option to give 0 for this review I would.

I ordered a pair of shoes 5 weeks ago. They have still not arrived 💁

My requests for a refund are being stonewalled with an offer of 20% discount & to keep the product. I don’t have the product so this is not acceptable but I am receiving a repeated emails offering the 20% discount.

I am at the point of reporting to the ombudsman. Website marketing makes you believe you are ordering from Yorkshire… you are not these products are falsely advertised.

The item I received was absolutely nothing like the item I ordered, via a Pinterest link. Its so cheap and nasty looking. They won't accept returns.

What an awful company. The wwrong item arrived late. Expected me to pay for the return. Substandard quality. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

Read all the other reports! This was my experience too. This company continues to scam. Cheaply made rubbish. Wrong sizes and nothing like the items you have ordered. Don’t be fooled by the website. Not UK based and no viable returns

Omg do not use this company, quality is shocking cheap materials nothing like photographs, complete con.
And it doesnt end there, i am missing pair of shoes and cannot get any sense as where they have gone and no refund.

Complete scam. Not items I ordered. Complete lack of customer service. Items are from China not “hand made in York” Avoid at all cost. Would not even give it one star really.

Pathetic company, excuse after excuse after excuse, NEVER use them, I’ve waited for over a month for refund, oh it’s and then it’s that and then there’s a new warehouse issue….. it’s been escalated, let’s hope the women in their photos are happy with themselves!!! Been over a month…….. let’s hope they sleep well hopefully dead!! They have my money!!! I want it back….. we know where they work ha haha ha

They are a total fake scam website. I ordered what I thought was a handcrafted woollen jumper and what I got was a made in china printed polyester jumper and took weeks to deliver

Sent a completely different item to what I ordered. They use a fraudlent photo and description which I went by to order. Having contacted them several times, they are definately a conning scam company who offered me 20% to kepp it, I declind as it was absolutely crap. I have raised a dispute via the bank which they are looking into and gave me a dispute reference.

OMG I wish I had read these reviews beforehand! Like others, I ordered what looked like a beautiful sparkly boho top from Yorkshire. A month later I recieved a cheap and nasty rag from China - If I wasn't so angry it would be funny! I wish I could upload photos here just to illustrate how bad it is! PLease AVOID at all costs - this is nothing but a SCAM website.

Very poor qualty products, very inferior material used and not matching the items on their website. Also, website states company is in Yorkshire Dales, and items actually were shipped from China. Return process very complicated and I lost money attempting to return items. Please do not support this company by ordering from them.

This is a scam website, I waited a month and then got a completely wrong item which they offered me a 10% refund on my order, there is no link with the UK this is a Chinese site and I assume they are using AI bots to deal with customer correspondence as they are completely out of context

Complete scam. Pics are nothing like the product which is printed on cheap material and much bigger than size chart. Certainly not knitted as in picture. Return and refund policy is complete lies. There is no prepaid label and you are supposed to pay for it to go to China and pay more for custom charges. They will offer you a 20% 'discount' on your order which of course never arrives. Emails come from the Netherlands. DONT BE FOOLED. NOTICE THERE ARE NO REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE ITSELF. AND ALL THE PICS ARE AI GENERATED. Thing is -they would be a very successful business if they actually sold any of the products they advertised. But they must be making a fortune out of our gullibility.

I ordered a dress which was advertised as a lovely summer dress £34.99 down from £70! So I expected quality
What has arrived I am gob smacked, colour is not what is shown, the whole dress isn’t what is shown it looks like something my nana sleeps in for bed
Avoid this site its absolute false advertising

My star rating would be zero! I agree with all the negative reviews - OBVIOUSLY A SCAM!!!! I should have checked reviews and I am now unlikely to get a refund for the rubbish ‘jumper’ I ordered…..The website should be taken down if this is possible. The delivery company - Yodel - should be aware too. (I thought they had cleaned up their act of late?!)

Absolute scam!!! Avoid!
Wish I could upload photos. Bought a ‘jumper’ and what arrived was a print of the jumper on a cheap piece of polyester. It was so shocking to open. I’ve emailed for a refund but I’m not hopeful. Shop based in China not the USA or United Kingdom.
Total scam.
