This is not a Yorkshire company though they may have premesis there! My parcel took over a month to arrive and the posting label clearly says 'Hong Kong'. Inferior fabric, no label, sizing also appears to be Chinese: XL turned out to be barely a 14. I've sent all my details and proof to BBC's 'Watchdog'.

I placed my order at the beginning of February and I still haven’t received it yet. The customer service is non existent and would advise anyone not to purchase from this company.

I bought a dress waited over a month when arrived absolutely disgraceful very poor quality. Trying to return but they are not getting back to me with an address to return it. Not in Yorkshire they are in china do not order from this company. Still not been able to return my item absolutely appalled. Deborah Kelly.

I ordered what I thought was a nice knitted unusual jumper. Unusual it was when it eventually arrived - absolute rubbish! Not knitted, not the same colours and quality non existent. Given I had paid £34.99 it was not with £5. I asked for a refund- no refunds given.
Never use this company

Do not order anything from Ainsley Blake.
Cheap poor quality (made in China) items arrived which do not fit so I wanted to return them and they do NOT DO RETURNS.
Took months to arrive after order.
I think this is a scam and should be investigated

Sent me wrong jumper instead of the one I ordered. DO NOT buy off this company they a scamming people with the wrong items and keeping your money. I've branding this page on my Facebook so everyone is aware about buying off these idiots. Take note of this people.

It took over a month to arrive and they have sent me a jumper that does not even slightly match the photographed item. The photographed item is a quality product made from wool and the item sent is a made from polyester fabric with a nasty print of fake wool. It's the poorest quality item of clothing I've seen in years and quite clearly a scam.

This company is misrepresenting their products - you receive a cheap polyester version of what your order. I ordered a knitted jumper but ended up with a horrible polyester jersey with a knit design printed on.

The products are made in China, definitely not handmade in the Yorkshire Dales. If you trawl their website they have no company number, registered address or phone number and their "5 star reviews" are just images, rather than links to anywhere.

If you email them to ask for a refund they say this is against their policy - THIS IS ILLEGAL so make sure you keep pushing back, they will offer you 20% to keep the item but do not accept this, they will refund you eventually. Their "customer service" is just automated responses, all worded very strangely, no human talks like this.

I reported to Trading Standards & Action Fraud UK and I encourage anyone else who falls for this to do the same so we can shut them down and stop them scamming more innocent people.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This company should be taken to court for false advertising. What they show and what you receive and completely different. The cardigan i ordered was shown as knitted with appliques but what I got was printed polyester. Also they say their items are made in Yorkshire by hand in their small warehouse but what I received has a made in China tag. Totally misrepresented and false advertising. They should be closed down, disgusting place of business!!

I finally receive my so called sweater, a circus clown wouldn’t wear this product, it bears no relevance to the on line product, it’s a disgrace, shabby & total misleading on quality & wearability! Totally unsatisfactory

This is a fraudulent company. I paid for 2 supposedly knitted garments. The items that arrived are a cheap, poor quality nylon. The goods arrived from China. I can get no reply to my emails. There is no such Yorkshire based family company as Ainsley Blake.
Update: After a long exchange of emails with an AI assistant, with me turning down a 20% refund and asking for 60%, which they refused - Ainsley Blake refunded me the full amount I paid. I guess my persistence paid off. I get to keep the goods, but in my opinion they are worthless and I won't be wearing them

Would score 0 if I could. Total scam. Received disgusting badly made garment that bore no relation to the photo. No reply asking for refund. Scam scam scam. Do not buy

The item took 4 weeks to arrive and looks nothing like the image shown on the website!
The material is cheap manmade fibre and the manufacturing is dreadful with sewing all bunched up.
I am trying to make contact to return and get a refund but its impossible...
This company is not what it says it is....avoid at all costs!!!

I saw a dress on Pinterest so I ordered it. What arrive bears no resemblance to the photo. I feel so ripped off. The dress that arrived is truly horrible.

If I could’ve given this company a minus rating I would’ve! Why have they not been shut down it’s a disgrace, they must be making thousands££ out of people like me that fell for the glossy pics and the fake description that all items are made lovingly in the Yorkshire Dales! I know I won’t get my money back and feel so angry I’ve fallen for this scam.
This is only the second purchase I’ve made from Instagram, both have turned out to be scams..never again!
Unless I’ve checked the Trustpilot reviews first. Expensive stupid mistake!

This company is a joke! Item arrived after 5 weeks...the 'jumper' was truly awful...not a knitted jumper but a God awful polyester thing I can barely describe. Next battle is a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my items, and keep getting a reply for there customer support saying they are sorry. But still no delivery. I've requested a refund
The whole experience has been shocking and don't actually think this is even a UK company I think it's a scam.

I order a jumper size medium.on arrival it was far too small.nothing like in the description.i asked for a refund.There answer was they don’t do refunds.Absolutely disgusted.i am now left a jumper that doesn’t fit and my purse is £28 lighter

You do not get what you see in the picture you get printed cloth cheap. I wouldn’t even dust the house with it.
I would love to post you a picture, but this doesn’t allow me to. Honestly horrendous do not get scammed by these.

I think this Company comes from another planet. A complete waste of money. SCAM. my lovely top came after a month! Certainly didn’t come from the Yorkshire dales. Came from China and the lovely jumper was a polyester one and a completely different style. I wouldn’t even give it to my dog ! It is a disgrace. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM…..ITS A SCAM
