I was charged 3 times the same amount for a Jet wash and I put 3 messages about this in their refund website, but there is no response at all. I am sure I will get an automated message to tell to request refund through the link, but that is what I did 3 times. Won't use this again and the reviews shows that it is not a trustworthy company.

Very poor experience. The air machine charged £1.50 for 5 minutes but only worked for around 30 seconds each time, despite multiple attempts. On the final try it actually deflated my tyre completely, leaving my bike unusable.

I rely on my bicycle due to mobility issues caused by my disability and this left me stranded. When I asked staff for help, they refused to assist or offer any refund and simply gave me a helpline number. The helpline was also unable to resolve the issue.

As a result, I had to walk home in significant pain. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the impact on disabled customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this air machine until it is properly fixed and the customer service improves.

Been messaging and ringing daily to get a refund. They just ignore you! Reported to the bank to get my money back.

Their equipment is faulty and they refuse to issue refund. Completely ignoring my emails. Terrible company, avoid all of their services at all cost !

This company are in the habit providing poorly functioning machines which aren't the responsibility of the forecourt owners on which you'll find them. This is extremely frustrating service model, made only worse when they malfunction after having already taken your money, Airserv make it exceedingly difficult to obtain a refund.

After 5 emails now and 2 online form submissions I'm still waiting for anyone to provide a pathway to getting my money back for a failed air machine.

Stay away from Airserv.

A scam of a company. Paid cash for an air machine at the unattended Asda station at Burgh Heath. Machine didn’t work but Air Serv ‘do not give refunds for cash payments’.
Nothing short of theft and also completely against the law. They obviously rely on people not taking things further than just pocketing the cash without giving any service.
Avoid!

Edit: Air Serv responded to this comment saying I should just ‘contact the site for a refund’. It’s an unattended self service site. Not exactly the best agreement to have in place with an unattended site!

Tried to use the foaming Lance Jet Wash at:
Spar, 90 Chesterfield Rd, Holmewood, Chesterfield S42 5TE

However, have just tried to use the foaming lance jet was at the spar petrol station on chesterfield road in Holmewood, chesterfield. Derbyshire.

We put £8 in one machine and it didn't work, we went into the petrol station to tell and they told us to try the other machine, so we did the same again and put £8 in that and that didn't work either.

No water or foam was coming out of any of the nozzles.

We informed the cashier and she told us to email you to request a refund. We did ask to speak to the manager but he said he 'wasn't interested'!

I would be very grateful if you could help facilitate a refund for me.

To follow the link for a refund, I proceeded to follow the link and it says they will only give a refund for card payment, so if you pay CASH, like I prefer to do) when using unknown machines like this you will be out of pocket!
WARNING.. DO NOT USE THESE IF YOU ONLY HAVE CASH... I WILL AVOID EVEN WITH A CARD TOO

I intended to use the air machine at the location, however, your staff member was stood in the bay.

I waited a short while parked in front of the bay, the gentleman looked at me but did not move, choosing to ignore me.

I then approached him asking if he could please move out of the way , so that I could use the air machine.

He refused to do so, was incredibly hostile and arrogant, saying "everyone else has managed to squeeze past".

I said that I didn't feel comfortable driving into the bay with him stood there, as I did not think it was safe or practical.

He then bellowed aggressively "you know what.." and proceeded to take out a barricade from the van , and set it across the bay, swearing under his breath as he did so!

I am truly appalled by this encounter.

I did receive a same-day reply from the company when I emailed about this, however I feel obligated to post this to alert other members of the public.

To Air-Serv, I would strongly suggest removing this person from any duties that could involve dealing with members of the public.

I tried to use the jet wash which I have used many times before and it wouldn’t start even though it took my payment. When I checked my card it had taken the same payment 4 times ! I have contacted them and they have not replied and I have not had a confirmation email so silence really and so I am left wondering if they are even processing my refund ?

Vacuum was blocked and didn't work. Worker unblocked and said I had to pay again to use it and wouldn't refund. Said I had to email to get refund and gave a slip of paper with an email address that bounced. Borderline scam company

Spending most of my time driving it's always good to pull in and find the machines working, which they always are. They are also easy to use and priced reasonably.

Great equipment at the garage and good prices.
Great customer service when I had a payment problem a couple of months ago.

I used the forecourt equipment to valet my car and found the equipment well designed with thought in mind for the user.

Machines so easy to use. White car was sparkling when finished. Would deffo use again.

Used one of their jet washes recently and it was dead handy, no messing about with cash. Good experience.

Visited a local garage and was amazed how easy their wash was to use.
The finish was brilliant don’t know what cleaning agents they use.
Plus able to pay contactless

Had a tortuous journey home from Cambridge to Manchester as I needed to regularly inflate a front tyre with a slow puncture. Stopping 4 times at various locations it was great to find reliable equipment in good working order ready to assist. Thanks to their equipment being ready for service I managed to get home safely, if a little later than expected.
