Whinges about everything. Errors when you try to add a JPG image as an attachment - Complains it only accepts JPGs, despite it being a JPG. Whinges if a message contains a punctuation mark (seriously). Whinges if the Airtag URL is less than 150 characters (I actually had to use ChatGPT to generate random characters just to make the link long enough to add it… Christ, I work in IT and this is honestly the worst website for reporting a problem I’ve seen in ages).

On top of that, nobody replies. There’s no acknowledgement that messages were sent, you don’t even know if they were received, just pray and hope for the best.

My recent flight from Saudi Airlines was on 12th September 2025 and My luggage, was significantly damaged upon arrival.
After discovering the damage, I immediately filed a complaint on QR code given by Luggage Support team at the airport and later, I also received an email confirming that my complaint was logged.
However, since then, I have not received any updates via SMS or email regarding the status of my claim. When I try to check the status online using the provided reference number, the system indicates that no complaint with that number exists, which is extremely concerning.
This lack of communication and the discrepancy in system is a very poor reflection of customer service, and indicates how professional team working on this platform.

Terrible service.
Useless, broken, unresponsive system.

Do not accept photos. Allways smth wrong. Non responsive. Hopeless website. It take hours to create report. While it accepted it passes deadlines.

Outstanding service between British Airways lost baggage and MyBag.Aero
Due to the Heathrow closure, my husband couldn't land at Heathrow and was diverted to Barcelona. He could not collect his luggage as he did not have a Schengen. He had to remain airside until he was on another flight onwards to the UK. We were so worried about his luggage. I logged all the relevant info on BA website and received notifications from both the airline and mybag.aero and today the missing suitcase was delivered to our door by a friendly and efficient gentleman. Thank You!!

Terrible system. Just a way for airlines and airports to pass the buck. My bag lost between Prague and Florence. No updates on useless website, and no answer at the phone number.

Arrived home from hols with smashed luggage. Advise to scan this code for this rubbish website, which has been a wasteful 3 hours of my life . Does not work. It repeats back to the beginning after 1-2 photos. Went in travel agents and they couldn't do it either. It's a con , the airline pass you there to get rid of you out of the airport,so they don't have to.deal with your mess. Smashed to bits suitcase and no wheel . Con con con

Scammers! Be aware

Supposed to be able to change bag description. Doesn’t work.

The website doesn’t work. The page refresh automatically all the time. It’s imposible to load pictures of my damage bagagge. Horrible website
