Have been ordering my dermalogica products from pure beauty for years now as find they offer the best price with free delivery.

I have ordered Medik 8 cream on Pure Beuty on 10th September. Order number 601573. As at 14th September I still have not received dispatch order. I have emailed customer service.
I have now at 15th September received an email regarding item being out of stock.
I was told that my order would be sent out on 17-18th, however later my order was put on hold.
Then i was emailed, that only after 21st my order could be sent, ir if I want it can be cancelled. Without waiting for me to reply, now I have been advised my order was cancelled.
If this company is not a scam than it is a joke 😂 clearly never ordering from them again.
And lets see how long refund will take, or I will have to raise query with my bank.

I used Pure Beauty for the first time as they offered a 20% discount on Medik8, my go to brand! I am always quite sceptical with ordering from new places I haven't heard of but from ordering to delivery everything was fine and products arrived within one week. Trustworthy site to get your skincare from ;)

I've used Pure Beauty for very many years for my Dermalogica products. The prices are excellent and despatch is always swift. Highly recommend

I thought I added a particular product to the basket and paid for the item. When it arrived it was not the correct one.

I then double checked the order and indeed the company did send out the product as per order - I must of clicked on the wrong product by mistake.

No issues, I asked for return address and swiftly returned the product, at my cost, in its original condition and with the free samples I received.

I was offered a price difference to send out the product I needed, but the additional amount would have made the product too expensive compared to other sellers.

I therefore requested a refund.

To my surprise I was refunded £5 less than what I paid - when I queried I was advised that the original delivery fee had not been refunded.

When I checked the order, it was free delivery and I had only paid for the product.

I did reply back requesting the remaining amount to be refunded and I correctly predicted I would not really receive a response.

Under consumer law I was entitled to a full refund.

Refund policy in website also did not state anything regarding this,

Opened PayPal case and refunded straight away.

Two stars given as the sending out and packaging of the original incorrect product was good.

It’s just a real shame that they try to penny pinch - and ignore consumer law.

I appreciate a family business but have some integrity.
