Was slightly worried when ordering that my Medik8 product wouldn’t be real - especially at the price but it arrived very quickly and after checking the batch code it most definitely is. Don’t hesitate to use - excellent service and really good pricing!!

I ordered three Dermalogica products and they were delivered very quickly. Genuine articles at a very competitive price. There was supposed to be a bonus free gift with my order but that didn’t arrive. I emailed back to enquire and was answered the same day with an apology for the error. The missing items came a couple of days later. Excellent customer service. 😊

One of several Dermalogica orders I have completed in the last few months. Having used these products, especially the Age Smart, for several years, I order the same range of items because they suit my skin well and are good value for money when used in the sparing quantities recommended. Pure Beauty are thoroughly consistent in their quality of service: great communication throughout; reliable delivery; sturdy and sustainable packaging (all parts are recyclable … my compost deals well with the cellulose packaging beads). I can thoroughly recommend both Dermalogica and Pure Beauty salon.

I have been buying Dermalogica products from Pure Beauty for nearly 15 years. I love the products because they are suitable for my skin. Buying from Pure Beauty has been easy, excellent service and prompt delivery. Even when they expected to be a delay, I was informed accordingly. I especially like the free samples and bonus point.

This was my first time ordering from Pure Beauty and it was straightforward. The product arrived with no issues and I would have no qualms about using Pure Beauty again.

I ordered an item from this company and it took weeks to arrive. When it finally showed up, it was completely damaged. To make matters worse, customer service is refusing to replace the item or offer a solution. Their customer support is non-existent and completely unprofessional. Save your money and shop elsewhere—I will never order from them again.
I wish I had viewed the reviews first, as there seems to be a common theme! They take your money and then offer no solution. On each review the response from the company is very questionable they state they never brought the item?!

I ordered 5 long lasting green eye pencils on April 13th & after giving me 2 arrival dates the last one today , saying it has arrived but it hasn’t I’m really disappointed you have the money for them nearly. 2 &1/2 mouths & they still haven’t arrived.

I always buy my dermalogica products from pure beauty. Very reliable a fast delivery. And I love dermalogica ultra calming range, they are great for my skin and help it be less reactive.

Good price, easy to order & free samples really useful. With sensitive skin Dermalogica is my go to, so always comparing prices.

⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Appalling Customer Service & Questionable Practices
I bought an item that arrived faulty. The company agreed to an exchange and sent me a prepaid return label designed to be dropped directly into a post box. They have since received the item, but are now claiming I kept the item and sent an empty package. Furthermore, the owner and Director named Craig was incredibly rude in his emails, directly accusing me of being dishonest, and the company is refusing to raise a claim with Royal Mail.
If you absolutely must buy from this company, please be aware of the following:
Do not use their return labels: If you need to send something back, pay for your own recorded/tracked delivery so you have concrete proof.
Check the small print: Their terms state that if they don't deem your item faulty, they will keep both the product and your money, leaving you with no refund and no item.
No accountability: Because they are a "family business," they do not have a formal complaints procedure, making it impossible to escalate issues internally.
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards, as they are in clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere.

Would thoroughly recommend avoiding!
I ordered an Elemis product from Pure Beauty, they did not let me know that the product was actually out of stock and they needed to wait for an Elemis replenishment order to fulfill mine, so dispatch took an unreasonable amount of time and unfortunately, it was for a gift and although it was ordered well in time for a birthday, the birthday was still missed. It also arrived with the box to the product very battered. When Pure Beauty asked for service feedback, I relayed this issue to them and they just shrugged it off each of my concerns and offered me to return the item, even though I said it was a gift. I do not rate their service in dispatching orders nor they're customer service at all. Would recommend seeking alternative places to purchase items, not worth dealing with them at all.

Fast delivery and excellent service. Ordered on Saturday afternoon and received it by Tuesday noon — faster than expected. Everything was well wrapped, and the complimentary samples were a nice bonus. Great value for money!
