I purchased 3 dermalogica products as a gift for my daughter , they were on offer, I had a free gift and free sachets , I received them quickly with updates where order was , in plenty of time for my daughters birthday .

Good products with great discounts, very competitive prices out of all other retailers. Love the different discounts available on really good products. Easy to use and order on their website. Notification of tracking delivery very useful. Packaged in a small secure cardboard box which fitted through letter box was really helpful. Loved the “ about us” and background story of how it started and the family involved. Will order again as I’m very pleased with the no fuss service.

The email kept coming back as not delivered as it was possible scam. The product I ordered was, I believe, faulty. A closed system should not take an excessive number of pumps to start. Once it started, the product spurted out and dried too quickly. After going to PayPal for a refund, responses began; however, the website was the only way I could get a return label. Password resets did not work. After a week, the customer service agreed to send the label. Even after all of this, my refund won’t be sent until they “examine the product and then will advise me further!” Their discount of the product is not worth all this hassle.

1st time using and wasn’t disappointed. Great to get discount on higher end products, every penny counts these days. Didn’t take long to arrive either and was kept updated. Just looking for my next purchase now
