My husband has been trying to contact the company by telephone since 1pm to speak to someone regarding travel arrangements in June. No one picking up, he was constantly getting'line busy'message.I have just tried ten times, each call straight after the other, to hear a message 'all lines are busy, please leave a message' and a contact telephone number. If they are that busy then they need more lines, and more operators. I have to go back to work, and my husband cannot spend all day ringing a telephone number that no one answers.
5.54pm and I have dialled the number over 50 times, still no response. Not good Customer Service.
11 - April . Finally sorted after numerous telephone calls to an engaged number yesterday.

Agent very helpful when flight date changed due to illness. Air India flight bad, in flight entertainment not working = long flight to Sydney no films and no phone charger. Plane old shabby.
Crew poor at directing passengers.
