We were extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kevin. We booked our family’s round-trip flights from Manchester (MAN) to Colombo (CMB) on 16 July, travelling 29 July and returning 26 August. We received the outbound tickets, but Kevin said the return tickets would be issued on 16 August.

From 10 August, we repeatedly followed up, but he kept assuring us they would be issued. After 16 August, he blamed a system fault and continued delaying. Four days before our return, he said there were no seats and offered flights to Heathrow/Gatwick instead of Manchester.

After many discussions, we finally received tickets to Manchester with two layovers and a 14-hour connection, causing significant stress and difficulties for our family, especially the children.

I strongly recommend avoiding this place and not relying on promises that return tickets will be issued later.

David is very approachable and easy going, he guided me very patiently through all my doubts

The company staff Katherine is very helpful and patient with the whole process of booking my flight from London to Kuala Lumpur by British Airway. I bought a premium economy return flight. And I am very happy with the price and Katherine helps me to get a lounge voucher before the flight. Excellent service.

Eve james and Kevin went above and beyond getting me tickets for india. I asked tickets at the very last minute and they managed at reasonable price. These are legitimate company and you can trust them. The best thing was after issue of tickets they were still in touch and didn't disappear. Thank you oneword holidays for all your help.
