Extremely disappointing experience.
I paid a deposit for flights to Australia around eight months ago. Since then, the company has repeatedly changed the flights and the price, and eventually agreed to issue a refund.
I’ve been promised payment several times — first for 25/11/2025, then again on 26/12/2025 for payment on 31/12/2025. Each time, the money failed to arrive. I contacted them again and was told it would be in my account overnight, but once again nothing appeared.
During my most recent call, I was told that the refund would only be processed if I removed the reviews I had posted about my experience. This felt completely inappropriate and added even more frustration to an already stressful situation.
After all the delays, broken promises, and pressure to remove my reviews, I still haven’t received the refund I was assured multiple times. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious.Update I do now have my refund 8 months later
