Ryan was very responsive to our request to replace and extend our airconditioning and carefully planned the work so that his team had all they needed at the right time. Their workmanship was excellent and despite drilling holes in walls etc. they made great effort to minimise dust and disruption. Far less hassle than we anticipated given the work they carried out.

Ryan's team did a great job installing air conditioning throughout our house. They were hard-working and keen to do their best - always courteous and worked well alongside other work that was being carried out at the same time. We would strongly recommend RC Cooling

Ryan and his team are genuine specialists who know their stuff . Always courteous , entirely upfront with their pricing and a professional and neat install. I don’t think you can ask for more from a company these days. So great to find professionals who come when they say they will, answer all of your technical questions and clearly take pride in their work . Ryan turned up on the day and ahead of the time slot agreed. He did a full survey of all the installed kit. He then started with the large ceiling mounted cassette and just steadily worked on from there. Left all the units clean and optimsed. Stuck to the price agreed and sent me a full report of the systems. Booked for next year!

Ryan and his team were superb and I can highly recommend them without any hesitation at all.
They were always on time, their communication was superb, and their prices were very reasonable. We'd been quoted some ridiculously high prices in the past and were starting to despair of ever getting this work done until we contacted them.
They stripped out our old, broken air con system and installed the new units with the minimum of disruption, and the work they've done is of an extremely high standard.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really are the nicest group of guys you could hope to meet.

Ryan was very professional from the quoting and consulting stage. Provided professional technical advise and well thought suggestions on the whole project. The quote was very professional and well documented. Instead of just a model number for the system, every major equipment included in the system was supported with manufacture's specifications and technical details.

Project was started promptly and the job was well done. Ryan and Curtis are very professional and capable in resolving issues prop up on site and did everything they can to achieve the best for client. Also, very adaptive to change of requirement, always thinking the best for the client.

RC Cooling did a fantastic job. I approached Ryan as I needed someone to come on and fix a job that a different contractor has left us high and dry on. The previous install was riddled with errors and problems that needed to be identified and then rectified. Because of the ineptitude of the previous installer it also needed someone who could think creatively to find solutions to the various problems we’d been left with. Ryan and Curtis consulted with us to understand what we needed, they catalogued and documented the issues and then fixed the system to ensure that it operated as well as it possibly could. Throughout the project I was pleased with the clarity of communication, the consultancy, the support and advice that was offered. They were careful, tidy and considerate when on site and ultimately they provided a highly professional solution that solved the myriad of different issues that we had. I would highly recommend Ryan and Curtis on any job. They do great work. Thanks team!

Ryan and his team are truly excellent. Professional and competent evaluation of the work needed in the first instance. They set an installation date, arrived on time (including co-ordinating scaffolding for the property). The team were excellent, worked well, tidied up every evening and very discrete as they juggled working around us all home working. Post installation follow-up has been excellent as well.

Friendly, reliable company. Demonstrated a good understanding of the product and its suitablility for the job in hand. Job completed swiftly and competently.

We needed a firm to come out, survey, listen, recommend, supply and install a new air conditioning system and a fresh air ventilation system across all floors- in a full 4 story domestic property renovation.

We have just had two AC units installed by Ryan, Curtis and the team. One was a slightly more complex installation, given the nature of our roof, but it was all done extremely well, with great care.
