Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo ogni aspetto: l'appartamento e la sua pulizia;la posizione comodissima per qualsiasi esigenza di vita, di conoscenza della vita della città, dei suoi piu' bei luoghi sociali e di cultura..inoltre i servizi taxi e bus erano di immediata fruizione.Molto curata e gradita l'attenzione continua dello staff.

Mi estancia resultó muy agradable gracias a que es un apartamento moderno nuevo limpio muy acogedor y como informan a tiro de piedra de la playa a 100 metros o menos muy agradable y la atención recibida por los anfitriones inmejorable muy satisfecho y seguro que volveré a repetir.

Mejor de lo que espera,el apartamento espectacular,todo nuevo y no le falta de nada . pocos apartamentos están tan bonitos decorados y tan maravillosos.
Ubicación, servicio todo a un paso.lo único que no me gustó mucho que la entrada es a las 4 de la tarde y me perece un poco tarde.por lo demás una maravilla

The Master Suite at Villa Dama in Santa…
The Master Suite at Villa Dama in Santa Brigida has the most stunning floor-to-ceiling views overlooking Spain's oldest golf course in the distance and the island and horizon beyond. Accommodation was very comfortable and intimate in this small boutique block/converted house with a pool to relax in at the end of the day. Lovely breakfast. We also cooked dinner one evening in the attached kitchen though there are restaurants just a few minutes drive away too. Free parking in Villa Dama's own car park is a welcome bonus. It's ideal for a couple (like us) looking for an intimate, special, romantic place to stay (we stayed 6 days and used it as a base to explore the island by car).

This is the dream apartment for anyone going to Las Palmas for a short or long term. Perfect location, modern equipment, very quiet area, the hosting team are incredibly helpful. I will definitely be going back.

The swift responses of the team on our calls and their readiness to answer our various questions was really appreciated. The location of the apartment with unique proximity of nearly everything we needed is great and also the view is very nice. I would suggest to add nests on the windows to keep mosquitos out and also to add room cleaning every three days on offer.

The apartment in Las Palmas
The apartment in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, was nothing like the advertisement and photos.
We were bothered by mosquitoes during our entire stay. On the second day of our stay there were adults and children above us in the building, who stomped and made a lot of noise from 7 in the morning until 11 at night. That gave us little rest and sleeping in was impossible. And every day around 8 pm smoke came through the extractor hood into the apartment with the smell and stench of the food from the restaurant diagonally at the end of the street, the apartment was blue with smoke and breathing was very difficult. We reported this to the host, but we only got apologies and no solution when we complained again.
The host told us that they did not know where the noise was coming from. But the stomping clearly came from a floor above us. We asked the host to come over himself or send a colleague to experience the nuisance himself. But he did not respond to this. Too bad but the stamping continued until the last day of our stay.
It was a terrible experience that partly ruined our holiday and the price-quality ratio is very skewed for this apartment.
