We appreciated the very well equipped studio we rented for 3 weeks in January 2024.
The support from the airnest team was also very good.

I rented an apartment managed by AirNest in Gran Canaria for 4 weeks and had an excellent time. The apartment was just as advertised.
The only problem I had (on Day 2) was quickly resolved by the AirNest team to my full satisfaction.
My only comment would be that some of the queries I had (eg process for disposal of rubbish, how to operate the entertainment system) could have been provided proactively in the apartment upon arrival, so I didn't need to engage with AirNest quite so often.

Fantastic stay. Place had exactly what we needed, and no additional clutter. Javier was very facilitating, and available for any questions.

We stayed at the Brand new spacious duplex 100m from the beach. It really was brand new and very spacious! :) It had two TVs and two bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and well thought-through. I personally would enjoy some cosy touches such as one or two floor lamps in the living room or a carpet. A bit sterile/anonymous for me. But definetely a great stay in a good location for us!

I stayed at the Famara suites hotel in Las Palmas, the hotel/apartments are very good, the communication is perfect, the apartment is fully equipped, the internet is perfect, the apartment has a balcony, a new elevator, a safe and quiet neighborhood near the sea. I highly recommend Famara suites to everyone who comes to Las Palmas

We stayed in Las Palmas. The room was clean, nice and comfy.
Javier has done everything to make our holidays perfect.

We really enjoyed the light and modern appartement.
The place has everything you need and we enjoyed the personal welcome when arriving there.

The great sea view and terrace are certainly a plus.

Communication with the host was very helpful and even checking in early was no problem.

If we ever go back, will certaily choose the same place and host.

We rented an apartment in Gran Canaria via Airnest. When we arrived at the apartment we realized that that some kitchen thing was in bid need of being update. Airnest was very quick in the response and manage to solve out request in hours. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and around the pool. We have a very good week and a good dialog with the Airnest team. Especially the quick communication via whatsup worked perfect. Thanks for a good stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Auszeit in dieser besonderen, sehr geschmackvollen, bestens ausgestatteten und für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal gelegenen Unterkunft.
Wir haben sie zu dritt genutzt und hatten somit viel Raum für uns; der pure Luxus!
Ruhe, Erholung und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, ergänzt durch Wanderungen und Ausflüge mit unserem gemieteten Auto.
Restaurants und Einkaufsgelegenheit für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Viele Einheimische scheinen diesen Ort gerne zu besuchen, was uns sehr gefallen hat.
Gran Canaria, authentisch und abseits der Touristenmassen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, der Abschied fiel schwer und wir möchten am liebsten gleich unseren nächsten Urlaub buchen.

The flat is in a building with direct access to the beach, one of the best beaches in south Gran Canaria. The access is just one floor down.
Currently there are renovation works at the building but this has not affected our stay.
The flat is nice and has big windows facing the sea at west so you can watch the sunset directly from the apartment. Unfortunately, one of the windows had the locking mechanism broken so it was impossible to open it.
In general, the flat is clean and well organized but a little more attention on the maintenance would be necessary. The kitchen is a little too small. The bed is comfortable.
If you are driving a car, there could be some issue finding a free parking but there is a paying parking area near by.
We had a self check in with clear instruction. No problem. During the stay we have been constantly in touch with the owner by message. We asked for a late check out an they granted us 6 pm check out paying a reasonable amount.
What is really a must is the possibility to access the beach from the building and sleep with the sound of the ocean waves.

The accommodation is really beautiful with a wonderful view. It is perfect for a family, the apartment has everything you need for a holiday. We really enjoyed it!

This is the second time that I'm staying here.
The location is in the heart of San Telmo, just above Mc Donald, open until late, if all other places are closed.
Very close to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and other shops and retailers.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. Water pressure (shower) is very good, unlike some other places.
Very smooth transaction from start, with PIN codes and key boxes.
Very responsive team, on my request that WiFi might be down, fixed within an hour.

Нам дуже сподобалися апартаменти , неперевершений вид на океан, чудове розташування, гарне помешкання. Нам не вистачало тільки кондиціонеру.

Hôte réactif et à l'écoute des besoins. Communication rapide. Super équipe dévouée. Le logement est parfait, moderne et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et à proximité de tous les services (gare de bus, ferry, cafés, restos et bar). Tout se fait à pied. Servicio y atención excepcional, Me quede encantada con este alojamiento, lo recomiendo100%, las habitaciones son muy bonitas y espaciosas, tienes todo lo que necesitas alrededor como tiendas. cafeterías, estación de guaguas... Volvería sin duda a hospedarme aquí!.

El propietario en todo momento estuvo pendiente de todo, después de la primera noche se puso en contacto conmigo para ver si estaba todo de nuestro gusto… lo que se agradece.
El apartamento luminoso, cómodo, terraza perfecta, vistas espectaculares, decoración bonita, cocina equipada, ubicación en el paseo marítimo, bares, supermercados y restaurantes cerca… todo perfecto!
Echamos de menos un toldo en el salón, pero aunque no lo pongan, repetiríamos igualmente!!!

The villa was lovely and fully equipped. We didn’t miss a thing and stayed there for 11 nights. But the best of them is the customer service. Always helpful and considerate. I definitely recommend them for renting a villa.
