Terrible pickup experience at the end of our trip
The car dropoff and drive TO the airport were fine, but the pickup on our return was TERRIBLE. We waited at the airport for an hour, the driver drove around and around the airport and took more than 15 minutes to get back to the lot. When we finally got there, our car was not ready and out for us to drive home. All in all, a really bad experience.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The car drop off process was quick and easy, and we didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle in either direction. Our car was in front waiting for us when we arrived. I have used Air Park LaGuardia in the past and would use them again!
