Airpets arranged the final leg of a re-location for my cat from New Zealand to France. After a short time in England, my NZ movers recommended Airpets, and I cound't be more impressed. The initial prompt and detailed quote, and then the clear instructions made this trip very straighforward. The door-to-door service, including cat immigration processes in France was all included. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way, including reassuring photographs and flight tracking for my cat's journey. There is always a bit of apprehension when your beloved pet is travelling without you, but Airpets and the French in-country agents gave me every bit of peace of mind that my girl was in safe hands.
She arrived without a care in the world and settled very quickly. We are moving two more cats in the next month and have gone straight back to Airpets for their brilliant service.
Thanks so much Lauren and all the team; you were superb.

Our cat recently travelled with Amber’s team from the GCC to the UK and the service was excellent.

It was very easy and good experience.

Correspondence was always very clear. They responded to every query I had. Communication was excellent for every step. We were flying 2 dogs and 3 cats to Hong Kong. I felt reassured all was in hand every step.
Lauren was excellent.

Jodie was very helpful and all the information provided was accurate. Great service, including arranging last-minute delivery to home from Heathrow. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience with the team at Airpets for my girls travels! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and Lauren was great to deal with and very responsive, which is what you need when flying your dogs across the world!!

Thanks to Jodie we had a seamless experience transporting our cat from Sweden to England. No question was 'to silly' and we were kept well informed along his journey route too. 10/10 would recommend!

Thanks to Lauren and the Airpets team, Maple had the best possible journey from London to Dubai. They were always responsive, very helpful, and very clear about all the things we need to do. Maple was well taken care of, and arrived in the best possible condition. We were lucky to work with Airpets and recommend it to any dog parent

Ailise and Chris made the process of shipping our VERY large dog from the UK to the USA, easy, quick, and efficient. At no point was I left wondering how to do something, what to do next, or what steps were to follow. They arranged everything including a taxi from Plymouth to London, sent updates with photos, and kept me informed every step of the way. Shipping any pet can be stressful naturally, but the Airpets team does everything to make you and your pet more comfortable throughout the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional from start to finish.

Recently had a very short notice need to move my ageing Podenco from Uk to UAE. A little bit of research showed only one choice from the start.

From the first Email to Ted being collected in Derbyshire to delivery in Dubai it was an absolute breeze and a lot more affordable than I had imagined.

Comms were great with updates, photos videos and inclusion by Cc on every move .

Ted arrived in perfect condition and gas settled in fantastically in a very short period.

Well done guys, keep doing what you do 👍

Highly recommended 😊

Lauren has been absolutely amazing since the start of everything. Helping me through each and all questions. Been truly amazing.

My mum moved from Brazil to the UK with her two cats, and Jodie was incredibly helpful from day one. I connected her with the company assisting us in Brazil, and the entire process was transparent and seamless throughout.

When my mum arrived, the team and driver handled everything, delivering both cats safely to our doorstep. It’s quite a complex process, so I was understandably nervous, but Jodie gave me real peace of mind at every stage.

Now both cats are happily settling into the (very cold!) British weather, haha. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I recently used AirPets to relocate my dog, Nelly, from the UK to Australia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, the process felt smooth and well-organised, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. A special thank you goes to Sophie, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. She was always responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful, keeping me informed every step of the way and answering all my questions with care and clarity.

It’s clear that Sophie genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners, and that made a huge difference in giving me peace of mind while Nelly was travelling such a long distance.

Nelly arrived safely and in great condition, and I’m so grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown by the AirPets team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to move their pets internationally.

Thank you again for taking such great care of Nelly!

Airpets were great to deal with. Sophie had a lot to deal with once the war in the Middle East began. She found my cats a safe alternative route via the US back to Australia. She arranged with other pet services to navigate a smooth passage all the way through, including the quarantine process that’s required for Australia. Thank you Sophie and staff at Airpets.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, supportive and clearly cared about my cats’ wellbeing. Baby and Mia arrived safely and have settled in perfectly. Highly recommend!

Sophie was incredibly helpful throughout the process of moving my dog to Australia. The war in Middle East started just prior to my dog’s departure meaning his flight was cancelled. Sophie maintained communication giving regular updates and going above and beyond to support my dog’s travel. He is now settling into his new life in Oz.

AirPets UK has been AMAZING in helping us navigate the minefield of transporting our cat and dog from the US to the UK. We couldn’t have done this without them. We worked with Jodie, and she is wonderful! She is extremely proactive in making sure everything is in place , communicating with us at every step and making sure the pets were looked after with great care. We will definitely use them again when taking our dog back for an extended period. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We overall had a really good experience with Airpets - under significantly difficult circumstances. I particularly want to thank Sophie for her persistence and hard work to rearrange P's flight. It's really clear that everyone who worked on moving her cared every step of the way. ❤️

Moving across the world with a Pet is incredibly stressful. Doing it with a grumpy old frenchie is …maybe more stressful. I cannot speak highly enough about AirPets, start to finish. Every interaction was friendly and professional, carefully explained…and so speedy. Truly appreciate the crew who made this so much nicer than I expected, and helped Gus get to the UK safe and sound 💛

The team have been truly professional for a whole process. It is not just a service from door to door. They know how to treat our pets perfectly. No rush but right on time. They made sure they came in a bit earlier to spend a bit of time to get to know us and importantly our animals.
Not every pet relocation company will treat animals like this. We are so thankful for their service.
