Can't recommend Lauren and Airpets enough! They took amazing care of my 10 year old German Shorthair Willie. She was able to get him on the same flight as me going from London to the States last minute due to some travel issues that had arisen, and he was welcomed from the moment I dropped him off. Communication was great and their pricing is competitive without compromising quality. Would absolutely use again when going back to the UK.

We highly recommend Airpets! They made the entire process of shipping our three dogs and one cat from the UK to the US incredibly smooth and stress-free.

From the very beginning, the communication with Lauren was excellent, and it was clear how much the team genuinely cared about our pets. Before we left, Lauren took photos of our cat and of our dogs, which gave us tremendous peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful move.

One of our dogs is extremely anxious, so we were particularly worried about how he would handle the journey. Airpets consistently reassured us and he was well looked after for the entire trip. The delivery service to our house was great, and they all arrived relaxed and happy, with no signs of stress at all.

Moving pets internationally can be daunting, but Airpets made the experience seamless. We are so grateful for the care and attention they showed our animals and would absolutely use this company again. 100% recommended!

Lauren and the team were super helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help our pets travel safely.

Phenomenal experience!
We were always kept in the loop which calmed us so!

Sophie and all the staff at Airpets have been absolutely wonderful with our two cats’ travel to Australia. They have communicated with us at every step and helped us with every inch of our cats move. It has been absolutely delightful dealing with them. They are so professional and so helpful. I highly recommend them if you need to move your pets internationally. Thank you ☺️ We’re so happy that our two cats were transported by you it’s been amazing right through. Five star pet transport!

The communication first and foremost between the staff at the company and myself was exemplary and I was always kept up to date.
The care given as needed was also very good as were the incoming photos. From Australia to the UK is no mean feat and this company and their personnel are really on top of their 'game'.

They were professional, knowledgeable and so so so caring when it came to looking after my dog. I absolutely recommend their services!

I was contacted about my pets failing some paperwork and I absolutely panicked , but with the regular WhatsApp communication from the amazing Jodie my mind was put at rest that the issues would be resolved and my pets would be released that day after a vet check .
This fantastic lady is worth her wait in gold and I can’t thank her enough for what felt like going above and beyond to put my mind at rest .

We had a fantastic experience with Airpets moving our dog from the UK to Australia.
It was slightly more difficult as we were already in Australia but Sophie made it so simple and straightforward for us. Despite the war in the Middle East our dog arrived on time and with very little increase in price.
Thank you so much!

Highly recommend this company. They made everything run so smoothly and took pictures with our dogs before we left and sent pictures if them on a walk. One of our dogs is very anxious, was worried how she would be when we collected her. She came bounding out the door with our other dog and was so excited and not stressed at all.

Would absolutely 100% use this company again.

Thank you all so much!

Airpets and specifically Sophie Powell made the traumatic action of sending our 5 year old rescue border collie dog from Uk to Australia bearable and relatively easy. It is hard enough emigrating across the world … selling up, packing up and heading to Australia but when an animal is involved it is doubly hard. Sophie laid out the process really clearly. She held my hand through vet visits and form filling by always being on the end of the phone for daft questions and panic emails. It’s a complex process that takes 7 months but when you have Airpets in your corner you can navigate it all and get across the finish line. Our dog is home with us in Australia and we couldn’t be more grateful to Sophie and Airpets.

When you are spending a lot of money and time flying a pet to another country you expect great service and we haven’t been disappointed. Communication has been great with email queries answered quickly and the tricky process laid out simply and reminders given when needed. I would highly recommend Airpets and Sophie always made us feel they care about your pet and want to look after them as we would. It has made a rather stressful and worrying process so much easier. Thank you.

We can’t say enough great things about Airpets at Heathrow! From the first inquiry to our puppy’s collection in Chicago I knew Gary was in kind caring and capable hands. They were helpful, efficient and trustworthy. We received everything we needed along with sweet reassuring pictures. A special shout out to Ailice she was outstanding!

Seamless experience working with Airpets, I highly recommend. Excellent communication, punctual pickup, and the friendliest team who kept me updated with the cutest pictures along the way. Thank you SO much!

An extraordinary level of competence from start to finish. We just shipped our dog from LAX to LHR and despite the original paperwork not showing up on time, Jodie at Airpets was able to bring the various parties together to get this resolved. This was in addition to the stellar service leading up to what could have been a very expensive and unhappy situation! Instead it was just a little more costly and ended well. I highly, highly recommend using Airpets.

excellent and personal service. Lauren kept us informed at all stages and responded quickly to our questions. Our dog was very well cared for in their facility at Heathrow. Would recommend this company without hesitation

We're so glad we found Airpets to transport our beloved pup across the Atlantic. While being more cost-effective than other companies we looked at, Airpets was also more competent and accommodating. Ailise helped us so much from beginning to end, advocating on our behalf and helping to make our dog's journey as smooth as possible. We also appreciated that we were able to purchase the crate ahead of time through Airpets to socialise our dog to being inside it.

I had an outstanding experience with this Airpets, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a smoother journey for my pet from Singapore all the way to my doorstep in London.

From the very beginning, Tony was professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring. Moving a pet internationally can be stressful, but Tony guided me through every step, paperwork, health requirements, travel arrangements, making the entire process feel manageable and well-organized.

What impressed me most was the level of care and attention they gave to my pet. I received updates from Singapore to Changi Airport, and upon arrival in London, Amber provided me an update whenever she can till my pet arrived at my doorstep which gave me real peace of mind. It was clear they truly understand how important pets are to their owners, and they treat them with the same care and respect.

The door-to-door service was seamless. My pet arrived safely, calm, and in great condition, which speaks volumes about how well everything was handled during transit. The delivery right to my London accommodation made a huge difference after such a long-haul trip.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to relocate their pet internationally. Reliable, compassionate, and highly professional, everything you’d want when trusting someone with a member of your family. Thank you very much Tony and Amber!

Air pets were fantastic in facilitating our 5 cats move to Thailand. Lauren was extremely helpful and answered all questions that we were unsure of regarding the process. I would highly recommend using them for a your pet travel.

This was our first time transporting two German Shepherds from US to the UK and the anxiety was at its highest. Quarantine was not acceptable so utmost attention to detail was paramount. Airpets worked flawlessly with my US pet relocation company, truly as one team. Communication with us was constant and reassuring. Our dogs arrived to the UK home faster than anticipated. Could nkt have asked for more. Will work with them again when we go back home to the US
