Best experience ever with an international relocation from UK to SA. Had one person that I worked with (Ailise) and she was always friendly, helpful and quick to respond...even to my many silly stressful questions. :) Thank you!!

We were so thankful that we had Airpets to help us move our dog. He ended up being delayed because of an Air Canada issue and our coordinator was amazing getting him rebooked and taking care of him in the meantime. Would absolutely recommend to anyone moving a pet.

We had a fantastic experience with Airpets, they were professional, caring and kept us updated throughout the process giving us complete peace of mind. We couldn't have asked for a better service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing safe and reliable pet transport.

Excellent communication and service. My fur babies arrived safely from the UK to LA.

Huge thank you to Airpets, and especially Sophie, for helping us bring our 2-year-old Cavapoo from the UK to Australia, we cannot recommend them enough!

Moving a dog across the world felt like a huge task, but Sophie made the whole process feel so much easier. We were working through plans for nearly two years with lots of changes and pushed-back timings, and she was always incredibly flexible, patient and accommodating.

We were kept updated at every stage, with messages coming through as soon as there was any news, which gave us so much reassurance throughout the process.

It’s clear how much care and experience the Airpets team have, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. Thank you Sophie for helping us get Benji safely to Australia — we really appreciate everything you did!

We had a very positive experience with Airpets relocating our cat, from London to Hong Kong.

This was our first time arranging international pet relocation, so we had many questions about the process, documents, vaccinations, crate training, flight arrangement, health certificate, and Hong Kong import clearance. Lauren was extremely patient, responsive and clear throughout the whole journey. She helped us understand each step, confirmed what was included in the quote, and gave practical advice that made us feel much more reassured.

The overall process was smooth and well organised, from the quotation stage to crate preparation, collection, final vet check, export health certificate, flight arrangement and Hong Kong arrival handling. We also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable and transparent compared with other quotes we received.

Most importantly, our cat arrived safely in Hong Kong, and we were very happy with the care and professionalism shown by the Airpets team.

Thank you Lauren and the Airpets team for making such an important relocation feel much less stressful. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault airpets, we were obviously worried about sending our much loved pets across the Atlantic, but everything was just organised so easily it made the process as stress free as possible. Our two cats are now settling into their new life in the USA. Ailise handled everything for us and she was amazing, along with all the other people involved stateside. Brilliant service.

Moving our pet dog from Japan to the UK seemed to be SO complicated, but all of the support that Jodie at Airpets gave me was INVALUABLE and supportive and I don't think we could have done it without her. During my many stressful moments of stress in Japan, trying to figure it all out, Jodie was there, on the other side of the world, helping me every step of the way. We are all now safely in the UK and I am eternally grateful. Thank you Jodie and the Airpets team, who went above and beyond to help us.

The team were extremely helpful and managed to get our dog home safely. Great all round service. Highly reccomend the team, Ailise was easy to deal with and made the process seamless.

Useless. Applied for quite. Got an email advising it was being worked on but four days later absolutely nothing. Got quotes from other such companies within 24 hours.

When I found out I was moving to W Africa, I had no idea how I was going to get my large northern breed mix dog to join me. I looked at the requirements, searched around but couldn’t find an answer. Luckily someone I did reach out to put me in contact with Ailise and Airpets because they were amazing from the beginning. I had previously reached out to other companies to just be ghosted. They were attentive, very responsive, polite, and overall amazing. I had to go ahead of my pooch and they had to pick him up from his boarding facility. I received pictures when he arrived at their facility the day prior to him flying out and was assured he was doing well, he looked very content. I cannot recommend this company enough. They kept me updated and I received tracking information so I could see myself where my dog was for a peace of mind

Great experience with AirPets. Sophie was incredibly helpful throughout the process of relocating my dog internationally. The communication was excellent, she was always available to answer questions, and she kept myselt and my family informed every step of the way. Sophie provided clear guidance and reassurance throughout, making the process much easier and less stressful. Highly recommend!

Our recent experience with Airpets could not have been better. Lauren was so helpful in the lead up to our dog and cat flying from Heathrow to Dallas and made the whole thing so smooth and stress free. Both animals were really well looked after and seemed very relaxed. Highly recommend using these guys. Everyone we came across at the drop off was really friendly and welcoming. Thanks again all!

I worked with Airpets and Jodie Taylor during my PCS, and they were nothing short of amazing. They were an essential part of making the entire process go smoothly and helped take so much of the stress out of relocating my cat from the US.

Jodie was incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. She answered what felt like a million emails, guided me through every step, and always took the time to clear up any confusion I had. What seemed like a complicated international pet move ended up feeling straightforward thanks to her support and expertise.

I can't thank Airpets and Jodie enough for making the process so easy. If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Airpets highly enough!!! Sophie and her team arranged eveything and made the logistical nightmare of taking my cat from the UK to Adelaide in Australia so easy. All the paperwork and red tape was done by Airpets (there was a lot)Transport from Yorkshire to Heathrow - flights from London via Doha to Melbourne for quarantine and then the flight from Melbourne to Adelaide. Updates were provided throughout the whole journey and when I collected my boy from his final flight he was so happy and it was obvious that he had been well looked after. Cannot thank Airpets enough.

Excellent service, they would answer every question I asked no matter how silly the question. Kept us up to date all through the building up to the day of the move and even sent us pictures to show us how happy and relaxed our dog was prior to the flight will use them again

Lauren and Airpets were just wonderful to work with to get our Stormus across to South Africa. From the initial steps to guiding us through the process, and finally the actual flight, with updates and photos to keep us at ease. We highly recommend the service! Thank you Lauren and team.

Amazing company. Lauren was absolutely brilliant in helping me bring my dog to Beirut. She was always there to help with any questions and the process was so smooth. I cannot recommend them more.

The Airpets team were great to deal with. They followed up with us every step of the way, were friendly and caring when handling our pet and kept us in the loop every step of the journey. They made the process easy and painless.
