Amazing team at Airpets Sophie looked after us in every step of the way, communication was truly awesome!

I was so nervous to send my 13yr old Yorkie on the plane in the hold as she is a little clingy and has the start of collapsing trachea and a heart murmur. Well Airpets were brilliant and took such good care of her and Sooty. They both arrived in great condition and did not look like they had just been travelling by air and then road for the last 24hours. Brilliant & caring

I’m incredibly grateful to Sophie for all her help and support throughout the entire process! From the very beginning to the moment we finally picked up Ollie safely in Australia, Sophie was always professional, patient, responsible, and incredibly helpful. She was always there to answer our questions and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier and more reassuring.

Thanks to Sophie, we were able to bring Ollie to Australia and finally reunite with him. For pet owners, this is so much more than just a service — it meant helping us bring our family back together.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Sophie and truly appreciate everything she has done for us. If you’re looking for someone to help with bringing your pet to Australia, I would highly recommend Sophie. She is trustworthy, caring, and genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. ❤️

Sophie was brilliant in helping me relocate my dog and 3 cats from the UK to Australia. She was quick with answering all my questions and made a very stressful process a lot easier.
Sophie and the staff were also great in handling my dog, who can be a bit of a handful.
They all arrived safely and are now living an amazing life.

We are really happy with the service, it was professional and stress free. Would recommend

Sophie from Airpets was incredible. My dog is my whole world, so putting him on a plane was incredibly nerve wracking. Sophie put my mind at ease every step of the way and was incredibly professional. Couldn't recommend Airpets more highly

Made a potentially confusing and stressful process much easier to manage. Our agent Sophie kept us fully informed throughout and was quick to respond when we had any questions. Our cat Sonny is now settling in to life in Sydney having moved seamlessly from the UK. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly recommend AirPets - they constantly kept us updated and explained clearly the process and what was happening at each step. They had flexibility to collect our cat out of hours from Heathrow so we could get her home without overnight stays. Great friendly communication from caring and knowledgeable staff. Costs were clearly laid out and helpful e-booklets to understand the process.

Taking our two big dogs from UK to Thailand (for a permanent move) was dawnting and seemed very complicated. But PetAir made it really simple. They were clear right frmo the start and took care of all of the tricky paperwork. From drop off near the airport, to delivery of our dogs to our new appartment - they took care of it all. Ailise was super responsive and helpful in answering any and all of our questions - can't believe how easy the process turned out to be, after moving forward with Airpets

I have used Airpets twice to relocate my 2 dogs. On both occasions I was extremely happy with the service they provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Airpets on the relocation of our four dogs from England to Romania. From our very first interaction via email, they were polite and professional, and they responded to all of my questions incredibly quickly! Ailise was an amazing point of contact and made the whole experience as easy as possible. Our dogs arrived to our new home only a few hours after us (and even earlier than expected)! I would very highly recommend Airpets to anyone with beloved family pets who needs to relocate!

Ailise was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process of arranging my budgie’s travel from London to Cyprus. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and well organised. Her communication was outstanding, she clearly explained every step, answered all of my questions promptly, and was always incredibly helpful and reassuring. She also went above and beyond to arrange for my budgie to travel on the same flight as me, which meant so much and gave me real peace of mind. I would recommend Airpets to anyone needing to transport their pet internationally.

From the beginning the service was great, very professional and prompt and offered the best prices as well. Would highly recommend using air pets for all your relocation needs. I used the door to door service and it was a five start seamless experience.

We really cannot thank Sophie at airpets enough. We relocated from belfast UK to Melbourne australia with our dog and Sophie made the whole process very smooth and simple. Airpets will guide you through every step, make sure all paperwork is correct, organise quarantine etc. They really took the pressure off a very stressful situation. Can't recommend them enough :)

Excellent communication throughout, cats arrived safe and sound and happy

Thank you Sophie and the whole team for helping us move our cats from London to Melbourne. I couldn’t be happier with the service you all provided.

5/5 Stars – Incredible care and seamless service for Hachi’s big move!

Relocating our 10-weeks old puppy, Hachi, from London all the way to Hong Kong felt like a daunting task at first. Moving a pet internationally comes with an overwhelming amount of paperwork, strict import/export regulations, health checks, and flight logistics, but Ailise and her team at Airpets made the entire process practically seamless. Hachi landed in Hong Kong, full of energy as if he just got off short bus ride.

I was referred to Airpets by Qatar Airways to help with my cat's travel to Qatar, so I expected they would be able to assist with airline-approved travel equipment.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Airpets had previously included the cost of a suitable travel crate within a quotation they provided me. When I later contacted them to purchase the crate on its own – which I was happy to pay for and collect myself – I was told they would only supply it as part of their full relocation package.

I appreciate that every business has its own commercial policy, but this was not made clear initially and it left me without the support I had been referred to them for. If a customer only needs an airline-compliant crate rather than a complete pet relocation service, Airpets are unwilling to help.

Also the person on the phone this morning was really rude and unhelpful!

For that reason, I believe Qatar Airways should reconsider referring customers to a company that will only assist those purchasing their full package, as it can be frustrating for customers who simply need specific travel equipment.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Airpets if you are only looking to purchase a compliant travel crate.

An exceptional service from the moment we contacted Airpets until the moment we were reunited with our beloved Boxer in Australia who travelled from the UK.

We cannot thank Airpets enough, in particularly Sophie who constantly provided support, guidance and reassurance and helped us to remain calm throughout what could have been a very stressful experience. We would highly recommend trusting Airpets with the task of assisting your pet to travel anywhere in the world.

Best experience ever with an international relocation from UK to SA. Had one person that I worked with (Ailise) and she was always friendly, helpful and quick to respond...even to my many silly stressful questions. :) Thank you!!
