During the shelter in place restrictions here in Califonia my microwave oven broke down. When I confirmed I would need a new one, I was referred to Airport Appliance in Redwood City and Cici was amazingly helpful. My new microwave arrived on time (even in this time of disrupted supply chains) and the installation crew arrived to install it a week later (my earliest availability). The installation team used by Airport Appliance found that in the past the hanging microwave had not been appropriately braced so for a modest fee added "to code bracing" that will hold the new microwave in place for, hopefully, many years. Everyone was appropriately masked and careful of social distancing. I highly recommend Airport Appliance and Cici who was so helpful.

Pretty bad customer service. Purchased an under the counter refrigerator and it took forever to get the unit in and when it was scheduled to be installed, weeks later, there was a problem at the warehouse and the original installation was cancelled. I had to call them three different times to get a new date for the installation which was 10 days after the original.

Moe knew exactly what I wand and gave me the information on alternative products. I was a returning customer to him and he dealt with me so. Thank you, Moe.

Good job of installing microwave, left some debris (just a little) when installers left

We needed to replace our refrigerator so we checked around the web and it seemed that only Airport Appliance offered delivery to our address. They also had the best price for the unit we decided on. Home Depot came close, but their website said no delivery available. I had neither the appropriate vehicle nor the desire to haul a refrigerator up a flight of stairs and dispose of the old one. Airport Appliance did everything for us. The salespeople were excellent. They followed up at all stages of the sale. The delivery people were on time and called ahead to let us know they were on the way. If you ever need an appliance, be sure to check Airport Appliance first. Thank you!

I couldn't give five stars, because it took more than a month from the time I ordered the microwave until it was received at your warehouse.
After it was received it was a short time before the installers arrived. It took them a very shout time to install the microwave and remove the old one.
They were very pleasant and efficient.

We needed a new dishwasher but not really sure what to buy. The sales staff were extremely helpful in finding out the best for us and scheduling delivery. The delivery and installation was also on time, quick and professional.

I am a Very Satisfied 25 year customer. They always make things right.

I ordered over the phone and my dishwasher was delivered and installed in a few days. I was very happy with my service!

My dryer is a week old and it is not working, I called Airport Appliance for help and they referred me to the Whirlpool Website. I filled out the Warranty request and had an appointment with the service company for yesterday, they never showed up so I called them and they said they do not do work for Whirlpool anymore. I then called Whirlpool and was on hold for 45 minutes, I finally spoke to a person and have an appointment for Monday 8/10. I felt Airport Appliance was not helpful to me as a customer in helping resolve my issue.

Quick and easy ordering on the phone. Delivery was on time, and they put the washer where I needed it !! Delivery guys offered to help install if needed !! Thank you all for the great service. I will be back for any other appliances in the future ..

I've bought a number of appliances over the past 18 months from Airport (dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer). I've been incredibly
satisfied with the service, The people working there are fantastic and the prices are very competitive.

I purchased a kitchen set from another company and due to several manufacturer back orders there was no date in sight of when I would receive my items. For this reason I decided to shop with Airport Appliance in Emeryville, CA. I explained my situation to the staff and Cinthya was very understanding and helped me pick out in stock items. She even helped me get the items shipped to my house within two days, which was when I was expecting my shipment from the other company. The appliances look great and I am truly appreciative of Cinthya's help and positivity especially while working during these uncertain times. Thank you!!!

The whole process went very smoothly. I hoped to have my dishwasher sooner but that was not the fault of airport appliance just the state of affairs right now. Good communication from start to finish.
