The chest freezer was a little dented, but I'm too lazy to exchange/return it.

We had a true emergency as our freezer died and it was full of frozen meats and other goods. We called early afternoon to order a new freezer and it was at our home the next morning. All of our goods were saved!

The delivery and installation were great. I had problems getting a receipt from the sales staff for my records. It took four calls over a period of a week to finally get it.

Good selection but It has been 6 weeks and I still do not have the product I bought. I was informed it would be one week. Then they changed it to 4 weeks wait and that did not happen. Now it’s another 4 week wait.

My wife and I were in a difficult situation. We we’re leaving for a week long family vacation in 4 days and our main kitchen refrigerator stops working. I texted my wife who came home immediately from work. a
We did some quick research on the web to find out which were the most reliable refrigerator/freezers that would meet our needs. We called Airport Appliance in Dublin and talked to the store manager who told us if we were going to be able to take delivery on a new refrigerator by Monday we would have to purchase it that night Friday 8/24. We went there after hanging up and working with Daniel. By 6:00PM we had purchased a Bosch 800 series refrigerator/freezer. It was delivered at 8:00AM on Monday 7/27, the day before we left on our vacation. So far we are very pleased with our new Bosch 800 series refrigerator/ freezer.

Great experience. We had several issues not their fault and they were professional and went out of their way to correct them. I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend their prices and desire to make it a good experience.

The sales representative was helpful at the time of sale, but wasn’t as helpful when it came to rectifying an overcharge that she claimed accounting made on my invoice. She was informed by accounting of the overcharge, but failed to contact me and I had to discover it later when I got my credit card statement. I had to call her twice before receiving a call back. When I spoke with her, she acknowledged the error , but instead of taking care of it for me, she transferred me to accounting so I was left to talk to them. I left a message with accounting and they never called me back. I would say customer service failed after sale.

Great experience buying the refrigerator , salesperson Daniel was very knowledgeable,friendly and helpful at the Dublin store. Delivery was on time and even the delivery guys were awesome . Going forward will buy all appliances from them

We ordered our new electric stove from AHA and upon delivery, it was discovered that it was damaged. The store apologized for the damage, offered us a 10% credit if we decided to accept the delivery or we could refuse delivery and wait for a replacement. This particular model would take over a month to arrive due to delays in manufacturing (thanks COVID-19), but when we told the store we couldn’t be without a stove in our new home for more than a few days, they offered us a third option: accept the delivery, do not use the stove and the store would work on finding us a replacement stove (that’s in stock) over the next couple of days. Our salesperson was off on the day of delivery and the next, but she found us a replacement stove when she did return to work (Wednesday) and scheduled delivery for three days later (Saturday). Although there was a price difference between our original stove and the replacement stove, the store covered the difference. We appreciate their willingness to find us a replacement stove, covering the price difference and delivering it ASAP, so we weren’t without a stove in our new home. We will definitely come to them again for future appliance needs because they take care of their customers.

Just successfully bought a new washer & dryer, all virtually. Had specs sent, info emailed back & forth, a few phone calls, the delivery & installation was done. Still need to find out about the rebate, but other than that, it was a very good transaction. The Electrolux models have been great! Thanks.
