Extremely helpful, great price, great people, excellent car, near to the airport - can't think of anything more, except you need to know that you have booked with Ace Car Rental, though the website booking may say something else more generic.

Pickup was extremely smooth & staff was friendly, efficient & professional. The car was clean & in perfect condition.

Great service from start to finish. For the price of around twenty dollars, we were swiftly picked up and on our way in no time. Dropped the car back at depot and were at the airport in 5 minutes. Would highly recommend.

I was so happy with my first experience with Gold Coast Car Rental. We were picked up promptly and in an easy to find location. The driver was very friendly and helpful with local knowledge and the car was very close to airport. Once arriving the reception was very pleasant and again helpful. The car was excellent and i could not believe the price. They were at least half the price of all other places and also there safe deposit was only $200 compared to $3000 with other companies. Will definitely use this company again! Very happy made my trip! The car itself was also new and clean and very reliable!

Car was great, we had to wait 15 mins for shuttle and then drive to depot. Early flight was alot of mucking around as we had to check in then drive back to drop off car.

If you need a rental car defiantly go to these guys. Rates are low and cars are great. Airport pickup was easy and drop
Off too.

The shuttle was easy to find and the rental office only a short trip from the airport. Our car was clean and ready to drive away. I rent from this company regularly because their rates are great value for money, the cars always reliable, the shuttle ride is relaxing after a flight and their staff friendly but professional.
