Straight forward parking on arrival which was good but on return was told driver was on his way but waited 45-50 min for mini bus back to my car. Shocking service so I won’t be using you again

DO NOT USE !!! They have damaged my car & are denying it and refusing to take it any further so I’m left with a paint job as the back had been scraped and spots of paint chipped ! Pls pls take photos of your car beforehand . They are not professional at all !!The man who dropped the car off to me was rude . Shouted down the phone to me as I couldn’t understand him properly so I politely asked him to repeat again for me Just a really bad company . Please stay away !!

I had to pay a full price for a motorcycle, that does not take so much space as a car or small van.
Over £50 for only 24 hrs of parking of a motorcycle is ridiculous.
I also couldn't leave the parking because I have no reg plate in the front so the gate didn't raise. I called the support button by the gate and I was waiting nearly 10 minutes in the full sun in leathers and helmet for someone to pick up and help me to leave.

I've been using every time using Manchester airport. Right next to the Terminals, short wait to the shuttle bus. Drivers are always friendly.

Always a bit unsure about car parks where I leave my keys or get a bus but gosh I’d recommend this over and over. No waiting around, felt very personal with a nice mini bus and nice staff, didn’t have to queue to get my keys back! Would use again and recommend :) thank you
