⭐ Very poor experience – would not use again

Booked Easy Parking Manchester – Park and Ride through Compare The Airport Parking and paid £41.49. Unfortunately, the service was terrible from start to finish.

When we arrived, they weren’t answering the phone, and we then had to pay an additional £13 to get to the airport, which I had not expected from the service as advertised. The journey wasn’t straightforward either, as we had to pick up other passengers on the way.

The return was even worse. I called once I’d collected my luggage as instructed and was told collection would be around 4pm. At 4:10pm nobody had arrived, so I called again and was told the driver was at another terminal and wouldn’t be long.

After waiting another 10 minutes, I called yet again. I was then told the driver had apparently come to collect us, called me, got no answer and driven away.

The problem? They hadn’t called me. There was no incoming or missed call on my phone whatsoever. I asked them to show me evidence of this supposed call because my phone records clearly showed I hadn’t received one. We were then told we’d have to wait again.

For an airport parking service, you need to be able to rely on the company to answer the phone, communicate properly and collect you when agreed. Instead, we had unanswered calls, extra costs, repeated waiting around and were then blamed for supposedly missing a call that never happened.

I’ve now submitted a formal complaint and requested a refund of the £41.49 plus the additional £13 we had to pay.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use this service again.

Took my car there full of fuel when I arrived back I only had 54 miles on it, my car smelled of cigarettes and there was a lighter in it when I don’t smoke. On way back home my car broke will never use this company again

The worst service I have ever come across and not to be trusted, no customer service whatsoever, me and my wife drove to separate Cars, my wife’s car had 270 mile left in a tank after coming back from a trip to Vegas five days later it at 46 miles left in the tank, then she drove 15 minutes down the road and the car broke down, it is a 20 plate Mercedes done 40 K miles, they swapped apart on the car which cost my partner £650,.
Then my Landrover discovery had a pump on the corner bumper which I’ve recently just had painted, we tried to contact them and they just kept putting the phone down on us and very very rude. Please please never trust this company with your vehicle. This is the first time I have ever left a review in my old life.

Reliable, convenient, trustworthy, safe… these are things you want from airport parking and none of which you’ll get from premium parking. We booked via a comparison website where it said it was self park & 5 mins away, we had no idea it was a shuttle service so incredibly misleading however no way to know if that is the fault of this company. We parked at Stanley Hotel, the car park is absolutely packed where cars are just left anywhere they can find space and I wouldn’t consider it safe either. We assumed from the instructions as you enter the car park that there was a regular timetabled shuttle but no you need to ring a number to ask them to pick you up and hilariously we had to call twice as the 1st time all the guy said was they were sending a driver but they never did! The driver when he came was rude and wasted precious time telling us off rather than taking us to the airport promptly considering we had a flight to catch and were held up by them. Safe to say incredibly stressful experience on the way to the airport. All I can say about the journey back is we did as instructed and called as soon as we got through security, 20 minutes later we were still waiting at the drop off area, called up again and got told they were 7 mins away. 20 mins later, the van arrives already half full and 2 other women join who said they waited for an hour. Not at all premium and considering it was more expensive than regular park & ride - definitely not worth it.

On arrival there were no spaces available to park in, I noticed many people were having to half park on a grassed area which is what we had to do. The carpark had areas of smashed glass/rubbish throughout, it really was like a free for all.
We phoned the number when we were 30mins away as advised on our booking confirmation email, and then we phoned again on arrival. The man on the phone had poor English and took all our details over the phone, it was very time consuming and inefficient.
We were advised the minibus would pick us up in 15-20 mins due to traffic, however after 30 mins there was no sign of our transfer bus!
I called the number again and was told the minibus Driver would call me with an update. The minibus driver called me a couple of minutes later to say he was at Terminal 2 and would set off for us now, and that he would be with us in 15-20 mins. The minibus driver claimed that he had only just been told about us and he apologised when he picked us up for ‘that useless guy on the phone’.
In total we waited 55 mins for our transfer bus, it all felt very rushed and honestly spoilt the start of our holiday as we had to rush through the airport.
On the way home we called at 2.15am and were not collected until 3.05am.
A 50 minute wait. Really disappointing at that time in the morning when travelling with young children, and zero traffic on the roads. Finally, the transfer bus does not have working seatbelts available in all seats, I had to hold my children.
I would advise anyone to please book elsewhere!!!

Very bad response from the complainant team ,make sure that you take pic of each and every corner for your vehicle ,and take the pic of the speedo meter to make sure the miles ,bcz if something happens that just wash their hands asking for photographs,they have made some damage to my car whilst they moving my car around and they asked for proof to prove that was not there previously….

Very easy and efficient, Driver Moby very friendly and patient and helpful, made our experience very good.
Car in good hands and excellent price for long travels , will be using again.

I had a very positive experience with Premium Parking Manchester and would highly recommend them. The service was professional, efficient and very well organised. You simply call them when you park/arrive, and they send a driver to collect you to and from the airport making the whole process very smooth and hassle-free.
When I returned, my car was exactly as I had left it and everything was in one piece, which gave me great peace of mind.
A special mention to Moby, one of the drivers, who was exceptionally friendly, caring and professional. He took the time to chat with customers, made us feel comfortable and clearly explained the process and what to do when we returned. His excellent customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better.
Thank you to the entire Premium Parking Manchester team for providing such a smooth and professional service. I will definitely use you again!
