Airsoft Station Reviews

Notified shortly after ordering that my shipment was delayed due to the lack of 1 item being in stock at the time. Emailed John at AS customer service and he went above and beyond to ensure the majority of my order would arrive prior to Christmas. Fantastic response and support; will definitely order here again because of it. Thanks!

Very quick response, and it was very easy to shop on this site. I cant wait to use my airsoft pistol.

The website had everything that I was looking for. Check out was very smooth process and I had constant communication from Airsoft Station. The product shipped in a timely manner and was delivered in the expected timeframe. Would order from them again.

Soon as I got the gun the barrel was bent and I was sure it wasn't worth the amount I spent on the gun and the shipping

The product shipped right away but customer service is terrible. The box was open when I got it. I called to ask if they test it before shipment but I was never able to get in touch with anyone after five calls and I left messages but also, no answers. The motor works but the grip gets rather warm right away, but not hot. I hope this is normal. I’ll check with some people at the arena this weekend about it. Not sure if I’ll order from Airsoft Station again just because if the poor customer service.

Fast shipping and amazing selection of guns.

I bought the VFC H&K 416A5 AEG Airsoft Rifle w/ Avalon Gearbox over $500 gun and didn’t even make it through the first magazine on my first day of getting it. Cylinder exploded in the gun comes with a one-year warranty and Colton warranty department. They don’t answer the phone. I waited on there for almost an hour and finally get a hold of somebody and they hang up. Wait another half hour calling them back and they say they’re gonna file a claim and send me postage, and they never do. Worst company ever. Will never buy anything through them again.

Angeli is always extremely responsive and helpful in meeting my needs.

I had a great experience with Shin in Customer service who guided me through a mistake I made in ordering. Very polite and efficient. They have a faithful customer in future.

The bb broke the inside of the guns silencer and then the clip spring got stuck in the inside bb hole....very poorly made gun

I like how it came fast. The gun box was in great condition. Thank you for the great service.

Quick check out and decent shipping speed my top two airsoft store

The motor didn't last long at all shot maybe 20 roads and fried my gun.

The shipping was fast while the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be buying from Airsoft Station again.

We bought all items that our grandson asked for. Problem is that the two attachments do not fit.
I started a return. Only category that fit was “changed mind” Then submitted it.
Your response is- if it’s a “changed mind” category then you do not cover returns and there is a restocking fee.
Wish your site was more user friendly.
I bought a gun. Why would I buy two pieces that didn’t go with the gun. At no point did anything pop up that they were not compatible. Nor is there a place to check it.
Now trying to return is a huge hassle. My opinion of your site sucks.

I purchased this airsoft rifle specifically for the purpose of converting it into a non-functional training aid for long distance precision shooting classes. With just a few mods, it now sports a pseudo-suppressor, extended pull and an adjustable cheek comb. I am delighted that it is spring loaded so I can "cock" it and it makes a noise when the trigger is depressed. All other real accessories fit perfectly! And most importantly, it is completely safe in a classroom setting. I am very pleased. Thanks, Airsoft Station!

I purchased a Lancer Tactical LT-14A with a 15" inch keymod rail. It was advertised at solid polymer construction and 440 fps.
When this gun arrived it was made out of cheap plastic...NOT polymer. The grip was broken along with one the pin holes on the upper. It laterally looked like a bunch of crap someone built. It would shoot without feeding or jamming problems and only shot 400 fps not 440 fps when it did shoot. The hop-up also appeared not to be Lancer Tactical. The barrel was also completely filthy. I emailed their "text support" they never responded. Thanks for false advertising.
