Airtable Reviews 

Beyond atrocious app with no room for feedback. The app crashes all the time. If you're using it to upload images, it just does whatever it pleases : sometimes it will upload it for you, but 9 out of 10 times, it will either indicate it's uploaded but not upload it, crash and take you to the very top of your database, not upload the image and pretend nothing is happening. It's especially annoying when you're entering a very long entry and realizing that after the fifth time you tried to enter, it crashed again for unknown reason. I wasted 5x the necessary amount of time of entering items into the database before switching to Coda. This is just unacceptable level of buggy for charging $20/user/month!!!

I'm giving it two stars because this company has absolutely terrible support! They respond with only canned emails and absolutely NEVER respond with a solution, no matter how critically it affects your business. I have expressed to them that the canned emails are not helpful and does not endear them not users, but they could not care less. I'm presently looking for an alternative, as I am tired of contacting support and getting only canned responses.

So sad that I have to make a negative review right after I left a good one - fix the automation guys!
There has been an issue with Airtable -> Jira automations and I know that some other people found this out as well. No respond from the support team, no comments on the issue. You've created a great tool but you lack the necessary support and communication with your users

The app gives what is promised, but the price structure makes it impossible to use by small businesses that rely on collaboration with others.

Its perfect and easy to work

After leaving a voice message and feedback here. I did receive a call back from the company. There was a mis up with scheduling and i agreed for a second appoinment. the following week the sent out a technical to address our concerns. the work went smothly and they also gave me a break on the bill dure to the mix up. Everything seens to be working fine with no leaks. Bosed on how the handled their mistake and the discount for the work provided . I re- evaluated my review and gave 4 star from1.
Had an appoinment and they never showed up or called. i Left a voice message on their machine to let them know I had an appoinment and they did not call me back. waiting for them was of time as far as i am concerned . the only reason I called this company was the reviews they had.

Really slow and bad service. Their service just stops leaving our business on hold.

the company has to improve on their service provision . The service just stopped working and our business is at hold fearing to lose our data as well.

The customer service is not replying and their website doesn't work well

Yesterday my airtable account was deleted for no reason.
They only sent me a very simple email.
"Your Airtable account has been deleted. We're sorry to see you go!"

I've lost customer emails I've been collecting for almost two months and my business has been a mess from the start.
Airtable is a really poor, poor company. I think it's because they needed my 1200 customer information. :)
They are a really, really pitiful company that without hesitation deletes personal accounts to steal 1200 customers' information!!!
I want to say to all Airtable users.
Beware Airtable!!!
They will monitor your data in real-time and delete your account for no reason at the moment they deem necessary or no longer necessary.
I don't get it. Why do they live like that...
As an honest person, I don't want to give one point, but I have no way.
Just get 1 point, but don't regret it. All these mistakes are yours.

The UI for the workspace is maybe a little bit congested, although its an easy to use application, getting to learn and familiarize oneself with the interface and some basic useful functionalities may take sometime.
