Experiencing difficulty with the platform

I have a very bad experience here and I am facing some issue from some time.

I have filled a form and it is redirecting me to wrong link. Please help as soon as possible.

The customer service should be the best go-to when users have issues with a product. Please do the right thing.

Customer support needs to seriously improve for such a big brand. Disappointing experience.

You need better customer service. I've had an issue for the last 24 hours, i've filed multiple complaints,but i've received no help nor support. This is very unprofessional.

Costumer support is not responding, I am trying to reach out from a while, facing technical issues.

They suddenly deleted our account
We can understand , but they should at least let us download our company data
All our company members lost data and we are about to sue against this company

Airtable is an exceptional software. I use it to primarily organize info like tracking and analyzing stocks to tracking what I own to finances and any other data that I track.

Their user experience is simple and they are always updating their software with recommendations from the users. They are a straightforward and transparent company.

I highly recommend to organize any type of data.

I love Airtable. I use it for all my business needs. I happily pay for their pro plan every month because its a service I appreciate. The seamless and fun design and use are great.

Can't wait for more features and for their success!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Airtable.

It's simple to use, there are so many different ways you can present/display information that honestly, sometimes the only 'problem' with Airtable is choosing how to use it!

I really love how easy the import/export works, how quickly you can set up/duplicate datasets, and for someone who loves spreadsheets but appreciates a really clean interface? You truly can't go wrong.

One of my favourite features is actually the gallery because I can add whatever I need to a grid in whatever order, then use the gallery to reorganise my information in 'cards' to get the order I want.

Another favourite is the forms, because they're so simple to set up, and also they work as a good 'prompt' for yourself if you're working through steps of something (I'm talking in terms of outlining a piece of work, but I'm sure people have come up with all sorts of other creative uses).

Airtable is also great for collaboration, on top of everything else.

What else can I say? Airtable is brilliant. Desktop, app, whichever you choose to use, it's a great way to keep yourself organised.

I am spending more time waiting in front of my screen for the database to load than actually doing my work.

The service turned bad after I upgraded to the Pro plan.

The best project management app out there.
I just can't imagine managing my projects with others than Airtable.

Bad thing about the Airtable is makes even stupid people look smart and achieve extraordinary results. The good think about Airtable is if you are smart enough, you can litteraly build a fully automated and solid digital monster that working for you 7/24/365 for a very ridiculous price.

Seriously, if you are reading this review (I am talking with product owners and every single person who has a role to make this thing happen(Including their wife's husbands, mothers, and fathers)) I can not find a word to express my appreciates.

This is os good that can not be true. I am thankful you guys make this happen.

BTW, if someday you guys decide to make a small improvement by adding extra data slots available to purchase (20GB is enough but I am afradiing to reach the limit soon) Please let me know. I want to be the first eprson hear about that.

Please note that, wIth full of my respects, loves and thanks. every project that I am working on at the moment, and probably all projects I will be doing will be written in Airtable.

I am feeling like this is an unfair advantage for me against my competitors.
