He made me to have confidence in the product that it is genuine.
I was skeptical at first due to having fall victim of ticket fraud in the past. He restored my confidence and after the transaction I have to call the airline to ensue that am ok to travel. Good customer service
Good customer service; very helpful, good communication skills and polite! Cliff is very professional with sound knowledge of his job! Am a pensioner and I have never come across anyone who is helpful with plenty of patience!!! I think Cliff is the best staff in yr company and I recommend that he has a pay raise for the good job he is doing!!!
