The company is making people suffer by sending incomplete products!!!
I bought 3 keyboards and 3 boxes of switches from here. When the company sent the first package, I waited 15 days and only 1 keyboard came out. I mentioned this to the company and they said it was a mistake and they would send all the products this time. However, I waited again for 15 days and when I received the package, I realized that there was 1 keyboard missing and wrote to the company. The company told me that the product was out of stock and they did not even try to compensate even though it was their fault. They refunded the fee on their own without asking me. They kept us waiting for 1 month and still did not deliver the product.. They make fun of people's minds. Instead of sending even a different model product for the same price, they just refunded the price without notice. They constantly sent incomplete products. I don't recommend it to anyone.The product they told me was out of stock is still in stock but they did not send it to me. Such a company.

Unresolved Delivery Issue and Inadequate Customer Support for Keyboard Purchase
I ordered a full-size keyboard from AKKO on March 30, 2024. The tracking provided by YANWEN (number UJ374534235YP) indicated that the package was delivered on April 11, 2024, claiming it was left in my mailbox. However, given the size of the keyboard, it is physically impossible for it to have fit into my mailbox, and no signature was required for the delivery, which leaves no verifiable proof that the package was actually received.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with AKKO’s support team, the responses have been repetitive and unhelpful, directing me back to the local post office, which has already confirmed they can do nothing further without a signature requirement. It has been over a month, and the issue remains unresolved, without any offer of a reshipment or refund.
This experience has been quite frustrating due to the lack of effective customer support and resolution from AKKO.

my experience with the official akko site has been all negative. I ordered a set of keycaps and a switch tester. after they sent it, there was an issue with dhl and the address was not correct. I received an email telling me that I should deal with this ... myself ... but no clear steps were provided. I order to the specified address all the time and I know it is correct so basically akko told me to 'deal with it' and bviously they cannot write an address correctly. I did nothing and ordered a set of GMK keycaps from a different company. I have yet to receive a refund from akko and it has been more than a month. I would stay away from this company as they have no idea what they are doing and support is non existent. might be just a polished scam.

No help at all
My package has been missing for more than two month now, we echanged more than 30 mails and they are not willing to help me or do anything about me. I dont recommend them, because if you have a problem you will be on your own to resolve it.
Very poor assistance
Very poor assistance; it's been 2 months since my order, and naturally, they took the money immediately. They wrote to me saying that the items were not in stock despite being available on the website. We accepted an alternative solution, although it wasn't our initial choice. They sent the package to the wrong address, and it got bounced back. From that moment, we haven't heard anything about the keyboard. We asked for a refund, but once again, nothing was granted to us. They assured us that they would resolve it within 2 days after investigating the shipping systems. Now, 2 weeks have passed, and we've lost hope. Basically, they are great liars, and if there was something they could have done, they didn't do it... just emails asking us to be patient. I'd say that 2 months from the order date are excessive, and the possibility of a refund was denied. Thieves.
Exceptional Typing Experience & a great customer support
I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience with Akko Gear! The keyboard I purchased has exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. Unlike any commercial keyboards I've used previously, this one offers superior keycap quality and an exceptional typing experience, significantly improving both my speed and accuracy.
Although there was a minor delay in the shipping process, unrelated to Akko Gear but rather due to the courier in my country, their customer support promptly assisted me in resolving the issue.
The only minor discrepancy was in the layout, which differed slightly from my initial expectation. Nevertheless, the craftsmanship of the keyboard far surpasses any commercial keyboards I've encountered before.
Looking forward, I hope to see an expanded range of keyboards on their website, particularly with ISO layouts and ideally, keyboards with separate Italian KeyCaps. This expansion would greatly benefit Italian-speaking customers like myself.
Overall, I highly recommend Akko Gear for their exceptional product quality, fantastic customer support, and dedication to improving the typing experience for their customers. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases and eagerly await their expanded keyboard range!
Terrible, lying customer service
This company has absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered the 5075B Plus, and noticed that some keys do not work properly. So, I emailed customer service and went back and forth with them about 10+ times. Instead of giving me a refund, they told me to simply take the keyboard apart and fix the issue myself. Only after I threatened to issue a chargeback did they say they'll accept a refund.
However, instead of actually proceeding with the refund procedure, they just told me after 10+ emails that I have to send them a video of the issue. They say that if the video shows them that there are no issues with the keyboard, the buyer has to pay for shipping.
Every single email we spoke about refunds, they kept telling me that it's not worth refunding because this will be ''too expensive'' and that it'll surely get lost in the mail. I haven't replied to their last e-mail because I don't have any faith that they will tell me the truth about whether or not they have received my package. So now I'm stuck with a keyboard that doesn't work properly and I'm down 130 euros.
Conclusion: don't buy from this company and avoid them at all costs, their customer service is absolute garbage. There are plenty of other websites where you can get nice, functional keyboards.
BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I bought an Akko keyboard from akkogear.de around 9 months go. The keyboard has been having issues ever since I bought it, the wireless connection was very unstable, so I had to keep it wired. Then around 2 weeks ago it completely stopped working, it did not turn on anymore, tried multiple cables, computers, ect., nothing helped. When I contacted support with hopes they could fix my keyboard or send me a new one, since they offer a 1 year warranty service, and per EU laws, they either have to fix it for free or give me a refund, the support has just told me that it would be "too expensive and inconvenient" to send the keyboard to them to fix it, since it ships to China, and basically said they can only send me the replacement part and that I have to fix it myself or bring it to the local repair shop with my own money. They refuse to give a refund or send a fully assembled keyboard either, and just keep giving the same stock response they have given other people regarding this issue, not to mention support takes over a day to respond to a singular email. They have offered a laughable 15 eur refund for a keyboard I payed more than 100 euros for. Don't buy any keyboards from them, because if something breaks, they won't help you and basically will just tell you to fix the issue yourself, and you will just be scammed out of your money.
They NEVER accept returns even on their mistake!! SCAMMERS!!!
I purchased a Steam Engine 5087S ISO Nordic. I bought because it is clear white. The keyboard arrives and is not white, it is grey (photos are photoshopped!!) and the RGB is very weak. I try to return it and even accepoting the color is not the same in the photos, they just offer a riduculous refund of 8€ (later 12) on a 89€ keyboard!! In their website they exhibit Warraty of satisfaction badges and 30 Days return policies. ALL FALSE!!!!! They even told me that returns are "expensive and risky". Even more, they told me about a client who lost the parcel AND the money because of a return. It is just ridiculous. I paste the content of their lat email, plus the story about the poor client who lost the money and the keyboard because he wanted a refund!!

It's a scam, I never received my package and the support treat me like a thief... I have everything to prove that i never received it but they don't want to refund or send another package... I lost 200€ euros, don't buy on this website for your sake.
